The staff have been wonderful in making the transition for my loved one very smooth. I am very impressed with the facility, support staff and the administrative staff of Venice Palms.

Staff were all very nice as we toured and moved her things in. The apt size was very nice for the price. Closet was small but we were going to use some of the extra space in the bathroom storage area. Overall we were very pleased with the size and layout and thought it would work very well for her. The facility is newly remodeled and very warm and welcoming. I don't think you could find a better place for the price but even that aside, we felt it was the perfect fit for her. It was the only place she toured and said she didn't need to see any more. She was very excited to move in and told all her friends about it.

My grandfather recently is transitioning into Spring Haven. They have made the experience very easy and delightful. Everyone is very warm and welcoming. We are very appreciative of them all. The facility in the grounds are very well kept and it’s such a beautiful place.

Spring Haven has been an integral part of the Polk County community for decades. They offer multiple levels of care to help seniors safety age in place with dignity in an environment that meets their physical and emotional needs. They have a great team with a love for their residents. It's a joy being able to wotk with them.

This facility is always looking its best whenever I come to visit! All the staff is very warm and welcoming to any and everyone!! I always hear about the activities and how they’ve always got something fun planned every week it sounds like! I love this place!

This is by far the best community I've seen. The building was clean and decorated very well. The residents all seem to love the community and recommend it highly. Spectacular dinning room with a breathtaking view of the lake.

This facility is very bright and clean. I love that you see the lake while eating, and hope to be able to secure a lake view apartment when one is available. I had a wonderful experience at this assisted living facility. The moment I walked in, it felt bright, welcoming, and full of life. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and genuinely caring. I was especially impressed by how many activities were offered—there was truly something for everyone, and the monthly calendar was packed with engaging options to keep residents active and connected. Overall, it’s a warm, inviting community that clearly puts its residents first.

There's no surprise that assisted-living is expensive however, Dad enjoys the food, the cleanliness and staff. Most of all I know that he is safe. From the people who work on the floor to the administrative staff, I have a lot of respect for them. They are timely and kind. Springhaven is a wonderful facility!

Staff is very considerate. Servers very responsive to resident's dietary needs. Many activities; already have me teaching crafts once a week at my suggestion. Had a moving Veteran's reception honoring each veteran individually with a pin and certificate. Meals are quite tasty. Not many repeats in the 6 weeks we are here. Very accommodating so we can eat in the dining room or take good up to our apartment. Have found out that some staff are here 15 to 20 years which says lots for how employees are treated. Maintenance help is prompt. Housekeeping (weekly) is thorough and polite if we are busy with morning stuff. Maintenance help is prompt. My mom's move in went smoothly and she loves her new place and states everyone there is very friendly and the food is very good. I would definitely recommend, the staff is very helpful and you can tell they care about their residents

The staff were very attentive and helpful. There were sufficient activities planned. Few complaints about meals with many choices on the menu. Only complaint is the common areas of the facility are cramped but individual rooms (apartments) are spacious.

What we like the most about the community is Clear good food and very nice people. Yes, we would recommend Lake Morton Plaza to other families based on the experience so far.

Everyone from the executive director down to the kitchen staff are very nice and pleasant. The apartment size is more than mother needs and it is very comfortable. She is pleased with the taste and quality of the meals served. There plenty of activities for someone who is a social person.

It's all about the people. The staff took great care of my dad. I would recommend this facility to others who may be searching for a place for their loved one.

Bayside felt comfortable and home like. Not cold and yes we would recommend Bayside Terrace community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Staff is very caring and communication is great. Best we found in the area and after seeing care, we feel we did make the best decision.

We would rate a 5. [name removed] wasn't keen on food but I think it was a matter of getting used to it. our loved one left there about a year ago but we loved it there. He was there about 21/2 months. Management very helpful. Place is clean and beautiful.
