You gotta leave everyone who works here. Everyone from the admin to the caregivers treat everyone with such respect and kindness. The place is a bouqitue senior living unlike these commercial communties you see. It is the defintion of a home like environment with all the amenties you need.

Markham has been a blessing for our family. From the moment we toured the facility, we were impressed by how clean, bright, and inviting it is. The caregivers genuinely care about the residents and always have a smile on their faces. My brother loves the social activities and has made so many friends. It's a relief to know they are happy and well-cared for.

My experience with Posada has been wonderful. The staff is not only kind and compassionate but also highly skilled. They treat every resident with dignity and respect, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The food is delicious, the activities are engaging, and the overall atmosphere is so positive. I feel confident knowing my best friend's mom is in great hands. Highly recommend!

My Stepmom has been living here for a few months, and we’ve seen such a positive difference in their well-being. The communication from the staff has also been excellent, keeping us informed every step of the way. Markham House is a warm, welcoming, and well-managed community that truly stands out in assisted living. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the care and dedication of the staff. The staff takes great care to plan engaging, diverse, and meaningful events that cater to various interests, from exercise classes to arts and crafts to live entertainment. There's always something happening to keep residents active and connected.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this community. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was struck by how warm and inviting the atmosphere is. My family member passed away after spending six weeks in Markham House. It was a much shorter time than we expected. She had many challenges, but she rose to them. The staff were absolutely outstanding supporting her all the way these people just don’t know how to fake sincerity well they are sincere and empathetic and kind and very caring. She did not want to pass away in a hospital and she didn’t have to everyone in our family is grateful for Markham House and for the experience our family member had there

Best small assisted living. My mother is blind and now so many people know her in the community. She has found comfort when she needed it. At 94 she can recognize people by their voices and can get around on her own mostly. There is a lot of respect for her ability. And her intelligence. I'd recommend Markham House to anyone.

Everything seems to rate a 10. With the exception of house cleaning. My sister notices when my mom's recliner is up there's stuff under it and around. As for myself when I've called about issues I haven't gotten a call back or I have to call again to have the director call me back. My specific issues are things like my mom's hearing aids and her bottom dentures have gotten lost. My mom can't get up. She can't go to the bathroom so I think housekeeping has to be careful when they change her sheets when they change her that those things don't get caught up in the laundry. Her hearing aids were located, but her bottom dentures are still lost, she's having difficult time eating certain foods. Also, her supplies. My mom's nurse called me to mention my mom's supplies have dwindled a lot. My Mom’s roommates Grandaughter told me she believes they are using her grandmothers pull-ups on my mother. She purchases her grandmothers pull-ups, our supply is through hospice. My mother gets a ton of supplies so her nurse was surprised that my mom supplies were dwindled. The other day, my sister was there and noticed in the trash, the roommates pull-ups were in the trash (they have pink and lavender flowers on them. My mom's are just plain white) so they have used her roommates supplies on my mom. My mom's roommates been in the hospital for the past few weeks. I can't say enough about the staff. They are so good with my mother. They're very nice. When I was there and we were looking for the hearing aids together. They did take it serious and they look several times. Overall, the cost and the care were very happy with La Posada. These are just things we've been noticing.

My mother is blind and hard of hearing. Everyone has been so helpful and kind. The staff makes sure she gets to whatever activities she can enjoy. And check up on her regularly. The facility is so easy to navigate. The dining room attendants know what my mother prefers to eat and have it ready for her. She's made friends there and really loves living at Markham house. As a daughter I am delighted with everything there. It's a special place

All 5 stars for sure. The executive administrator ]name removed] wasn't a very good people person. And you need to be for that job. She had hard lines drawn and wouldn't budge. But she left after a month that my dad was there. All the care givers were wonderful. I went there almost every day so I got to know them. Very clean and good food. It's a small facility which I liked. I didn't want my Dad to feel lost in there. I'd recommend LaPosada!

This community truly is so so amazing. The people and staff are so nice and everything is so well kept. The staff really cared about my mother and they we're always staying on top of everything she needed.

Markham house was not a secure facility and they were worried that my loved one would wander off. Overall, the tour guide was great.

My brother was a resident at Markham House. This facility couldn't have been better. Of course, it was before Covid, but they were wonderful. I basically lived there while my brother was in his final stages. He passed away there peacefully, under their care. I couldn't be more grateful! I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

What I really liked about Markham House were the people and the peace. I would like to add a library and a more colorful gardens, with lots of bulbs. However based on my experience so far I would definitely recommend this community to other families.

The staff is so friendly and everyone is extremely professional. I highly recommend this community. By the end of it, the staff became like our family and they were always there for us. The community also is pretty nice and clean.

It is always clean. They are always taking care of my loved one and making sure they are fine. My loved one likes the food. They have activites daily, and my loved one participates. They are really good with the activites The value for money is great. It's not as expensive compared to other places. It's a smaller community. We picked this community because, the caregivers speak spanish, which was a plus. In addition, they take better care of the residents because it's a smaller community, and they provide one on one care.

We have had our mother at Posada now for [date removed] s and I must say everything has been astounding. The care staff, the owners, the admin team, the chefs, housekeepers all bring so much love to the residents and it shows. There is no where like it that we toured and couldn't be happier. Go Posada!

Love the hard work the staff puts in!

It's a great place. We really like it. It's a small place and feels like a family. If you have any problems, they will address them and help you. They have remodeled the whole place, and it looks very nice. I got to meet the owners at a breakfast, and they're open to listen to any issues you might have. Our loved one is at the minimum lowest level of care, and I feel like we're getting we're paying for. I do think there could be more activities though.
