Great care for my dad at Seasons of Saxonburg

What stood out the most was how genuine and caring the entire team at every position there . The facility is very well maintained and feels like "home" They go above and beyond to make the residents feel comfortable whether it be the activities or meals be prepared or just the general interactions Our family feels great about the choice we made, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this kind of service

Resident is both deaf and has dementia. Staff really made extra efforts to be able to communicate. I would recommend. Just an overall good experience.

Very caring and empathetic staff who truly go above and beyond. Everyone is always positive, professional, and welcoming. There are lots of great activities that keep things engaging and enjoyable. You can really tell they care about the people they support.

5 for them all. They were amazing!! Staff was so patient and understanding with my dad since he had Alzheimer's. They called me with any questions or concerns and were always available if I had questions.

What stood out most - Kindness of staff and going out of their way to check in my Dad and involve him in activities, clean his room everyday and cleanliness of the facility.

Wonderful facility! Staff is very kind and compassionate!! The facility is very clean and warm and welcoming. They encourage the residents to participate in activities and help them. They offer multiple types of activities and easy levels of understanding. The suites are very nice and clean and modern.

My mother stayed in Magnolia Place and we were extremely pleased with the care she received during her stay. She passed away during her stay and the staff handled our grief during this time with thoughtfulness, respect and showed sympathy for not only us but for the loss of someone they enjoyed being a part of the Magnolia family.

I recommend it to everyone that I meet. I've taken their brochures to our Area Agency on Aging and have them put out where people could see them and pick one on. I have nothing but great things to say about Magnolia place of Saxonburg. The staff is wonderful they take good care of the patients and they actually care for them. That's a big plus they don't just work there as a job. I've experienced that first hand more than once. I've even got a phone call when my mom's not having a good day to let me know. The place is clean it doesn't smell and you can get in anytime you want. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Great place! Friendly Staff! Great community. My loved one loves it here. The facility iis clean and bright. Private rooms and food is good. I would recommend to anyone that needs services and the beautician is wonderful
