Very clean facility. Attentive staff. I would recommend the facility. The program director plans many events for the residents & encourages residents to participate.

They all are very friendly and entertaining.

For a double my mom has a smaller size. The staff seems really friendly and nice willing to go out of their way for the patient. The only thing I didn't like was that for memory they hide the soap toothpaste so they have to ask for soap or to brush their teeth and if they're in the memory unit, they're not gonna ask. That's the only issue that I have is with the washing their hands and the toothpaste. It's a small unit and I think that they give the patients they're undivided attention and are very observant for them. I would recommend it if somebody is putting their loved one in the memory unit.

The day staff have been wonderful. The way they run the memory care is different from what I experienced when visiting other facilities. The memory care residents actually get to leave the floor with staff and interact with residents who are not in memory care. They share many of the activities together - not only at the facility but outdoor as well, including walks, field trips etc. Many of the other places we visited did not have the "resources" available to allow the memory care residents to leave the floor, unless they were taken out by a visiting family member. It's been wonderful.

Staff are all caring and kind. Food is delicious. Apartments are thoughtfully laid out - best I have seen for assisted living. I would recommend them to others who are searching for assisted living for their loved one.

Karcher Senior Living is a fantastic facility, clean and in my opinion, well managed. [names removed] and the caregiver staff go above and beyond. Soooo many activities and amenities available! Honestly, I can't speak to the food as I'm not the resident but I can see there are multiple options available for every meal. The "studio" my parents are in is a little small for two people and a cat but would be fine for a single person. Larger apartments are available and are very nice. We may make that move in time. Overall, moving my parents there was an excellent choice!

The people are wonderful, and it seems like they really care.

I was looking for a caring place for my Mom's golden years and Parkway checks all the boxes for us, [name removed] and [name removed] answered all of our questions and concerns, we feel comfortable knowing Mom will be taken care of, with care here. Thank you for taking the time to explain everything and answer all the questions we had. Made it an easy choice! 5 stars

The staff is wonderful and incredibly patient. The activities focus on music, physical activities, art and walking outside. Busy schedule of activities and field trips that Memory Care residents can participate with the Assisted living group. The new food service is fabulous! The rooms are lovely in size and so well-maintained by the cleaning staff. All in all, I believe this is the best community in this area!

The staff that I have meet are very nice and seem to be very caring towards my sister. The Karcher House is always clean and smells better than alot of the other places I have visited. The only bad thing is they dont have Memory Care, so when it comes to that time I will have to find another spot.

[name removed] has been great every step of the way. [name removed] is enjoying the food The staff is very nice and has been very accommodating. We're happy with our decision to have Columbia Place be [name removed] new home. The apartment is perfect for him.

[Name Removed] did it again. Activities Director/Care Giver coordinated a Fun, Spirited Valentines Day Special for residents, family members and friends. Her obvious caring qualities to make the day enjoyable included bright red/white decorations throughout delicious drinks, pizza and cookies. However, the attraction the residents enjoyed most... [Name Removed] (Elvis Impersonator) singing their favorite rock and roll songs to love ballads. Residents not only sang along but [Name Removed] had those capable up and dancing to the Elvis music. The smiles on residents faces, tapping their fingers, clapping and keeping beat with their feet gave them such pleasure... what a joy! Thank you [Name Removed] for your conscientious, compassionate, dedication, attentive attitude in your job! I have known you since 2021 when my loved one was a resident at NBMC for 2 1/2 years. The men and women are a part of your family.... just as you and other employees/staff are still a part of my family... and I thank you!

Very accommodating and thoughtful staff. Rave reviews of the food served. The ratio to residents could be better. The main center has many great activities, but limited for memory care and they could use more daily engagement.

We found Autumn Wind an ideal place. The staff there is very friendly and do everything possible to make their residents feel loved and cared about. I found that they are open to the ideas of the resident's family. Autumn Wind is really a nice place! We think so highly of them, they are the best!

My mom seems to really enjoy it there. Yes, we would recommend Kalispell Assisted Living and Memory Care to other families.

The staff is phenomenal from the director down to the staff assistants. They truly care about the residents & treat them as family. They are excellent with the care & compassion they give. When situations arise they look for a solution that is best for the residents & their families.

[name removed] is so very special and makes everybody feel good. It's a blessing to me and my wife being here. All of the staff here at assisted living memory care so very excellent and we thank all for being there for us.

The staff is plentiful and very accommodating. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and creates a warm, welcoming environment for both residents and their families. From rehabilitation services to long-term care, every aspect is handled with professionalism and genuine kindness. Highly recommend for anyone seeking exceptional skilled nursing care.

I cannot say enough about how great [name removed] , [name removed] and the rest of the staff are. I could not have been able to transfer my mom from another state with advanced dementia and not have their detailed execution in receiving her; and remaining the same caring and involved staff as they have been for the last 4 months. My mom is an accomplished academic and they allow her to remain engaged with them socially as if she were still an administrator. We (my household) see our mom often during the week, always impromptu, and spend time within the "home" with comfort and peace because the environment is consistently the same. You can't ask for a better place to ease your mind 24/7 with your loved one. For that- I am so grateful!

Sales manager [name removed] is a superstar. He was the best thing about Sullivan Park.
