Brookdale

They were extremely helpful. I live here in California and was managing everything for my cousin in Tennessee. I couldn't have done it without the kindness and professionalism from Bridget at Brookdale.

My mom has been living here for 9 years. Since [name removed] became Director of this facility it has been amazing. The staff take care of our mom as if she was their own mama. We couldn’t be more please with everything and we know she is still with us because of the care and love she receives. Thank you!!

I would rate it a 5 for all. Great experience so far. The sales side was low pressure and very informative. The director is very involved and is on weekend rotation and even she does activities with the residents. It's very comforting that she's involved at all levels. The facility is clean and well maintained. We especially love the size with 42 rooms. My mom feels very at home and isn't just a number.

My mom [name removed] recently moved here a few months ago. The staff is lovely and food is delicious. Turns out my mother’s old neighbor is here too. It made her transition that much more enjoyable. We are glad we made this move.

The Brookdale staff is absolutely amazing—every member of the team is kind, caring, and helpful. The activities are wonderful, with a great variety of options for everyone. The food is excellent, and the apartment size is just right. Cleanliness is exceptional, and the entire community is very well maintained. I truly cannot say enough good things about Brookdale. My loved one has made a wonderful home there and has built a great family and many meaningful friendships. We are very grateful for the care and welcoming environment.

The director [name removed] is wonderful. I first toured this home last year. [name removed] answered all my questions on the tour. As well as any texts I sent. She made the transition really smooth. My mom has transitioned well. I don't really know much about how the food is yet. The room is small but really is enough for my mom. I would definitely recommend this place.

Brookdale is amazing. We actually signed a lease yesterday and mom moves in next week. 24 hr staff, three amazing meals a day, and lots events and activities. The staff are friendly helpful and help you figure out what resources to utilize. Rooms are very nice and adequate space. Price was lower than other lesser facilities for room and care.

Everything was more than I expected: wonderful employees, many more services and amenities available that are so nice.

The staff were great and caring to Ida on her final days as well as when she was active before her stroke. The room was a good size plenty of room to get around with walker.

5 is the best- I give them a 5 in ALL categories. Brookdale is a good facility. We have had very good experience with the staff. They are kind and caring. The only problem we've experienced is with the corporate office in Birmingham. They plan to cut an adjoining door between the two rooms but have been slow carrying it out and haven't given us feedback. But the facility itself is excellent.

[name removed] goes above and beyond taking care of my MIL. He would even visit her in the hospital and rehab center when she was away!

Brookdale Biloxi is truly a one-of-a-kind place. I visit my uncle often, and the staff are always so warm, welcoming, and caring. It’s clear they genuinely care about their residents. Most importantly, my uncle has found a real sense of community and belonging here. Knowing he is loved, cared for, and happy gives our family so much peace of mind.

The facility is well taken care of. The care here is good. The staff is helpful. The food is very good. All the meals I have eaten have been very good. My overall wellbeing is being taken care of on a daily basis. Medications are given daily without me having to try to remember if I have taken them or not. I no longer have to worry if I have had my medications or not. Good peace of mind.

The facility is a well ran place for family. The facility is extremely well ran operation. The staff are friendly and very helpful to residents and family. The food is excellent. Well balance meals are prepared daily for nutrition value for your loved ones. There is an outside court yard for your family to sit and relax while enjoying some outside fresh air and sunlight. There is a cover pavilion to provide shade as well. Every aspect of your family quality of care/life is taken care of here at the facility. Would highly recommend this facility.

[name removed] and [name removed] were fantastic and loved their facilities. Unfortunately my MIL passed before we could move her in. I would recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one. Brookdale will be receiving my SIL parents soon as she was as impressed as we were. When my wife and I are ready we will be there as well.
