Brookdale

They were very nice. They interacted well with the residents. The rooms were a good arrangement. Everything looked clean. The outdoor area was very nice and the residents had easy access to it.

Everyone at the New Hope Brookdale facility has been very helpful & concerned about my mother-in-law's transition from moving from her home to assisted living. At 92 years old, her quick adjustment to Brookdale has been remarkable. She loves all the staff!

All of the staff at Brookdale were excellent and gave us such a warm welcome we felt that we were part of their family right away. Everything was extremely high quality from the friendliness to the cleanliness to the quality of care to the activities. The kindness and compassion of all the caregiver staff was incredible, especially the head nurse [Name Removed]. She helped me with very difficult decisions that I couldn’t have made alone, and she spent so much time with us during my husband’s last four days. It made all the difference in the world. I give Brookdale Eisenhower the highest recommendation possible.

Our family is very happy with Brookdale. Caregivers are exceptional, very caring. We feel mom's needs are being met more than. The facility itself is well-maintained and warm and friendly.

Friendliness of staff and other residents. In-laws meeting new people and making new friends. They are out and about more and watching less TV.

I was impressed with the staff at Brookdale Gaines Ranch. Everyone was very professional, skilled and caring. The quality of care was outstanding. There was always someone available if a problem arose. The number of activities on the weekly calendar was amazing! There were classes, groups and outside activities that anyone could attend. Each day was filled with activities to do. No one would be bored at Brookdale Gaines Ranch! The food was satisfactory and varied. The menu leaned on meat. Vegetarians might find it hard to eat from the menu on some days. The public spaces and individual rooms were clean and well maintained. Trash was removed daily and rooms were cleaned once a week.

I can only answer on the basis of one visit. I will give the facility 5 stars based on everything I observed; from [Name Removed] to all the happy and friendly staff to the looks of the facility.

All the staff I had contact with were extremely courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend Brookdale Tyler South.

They are great to work with. Their base price was $[removed] less than the other 3 facilities I researched.

Brookdale Sylvan Ranch is a good choice for memory care management. I've been pleased with their care and surprisingly, curmudgeon [Name Removed] seems happy.

Brookdale was the perfect place fo my uncle!! It's a smaller more intimate setting where everyone knows everyone like a family. The staff treats residents like friends and never talks down to them like children. The administration was so helpful to us from the first day I came in to tour the place for my uncle. My uncle loves the nurses and aides who always make him feel special and they check on him often. He loves the food and the 2 chefs have become his friends. They often come out and make sure my uncle doesn't have any complaints about his meal. They take requests from the residents on meals they would like to see on the menu. When my uncle needed a little physical therapy the staff developed a special therapy just for him. There are always activities for the residents going on in th activity room and they celebrate all the holidays. The head nurse, [Name Removed], checks on my uncle on a regular basis and communicates with me as to how she feels he is doing not only physically but emotionally too. He feels truly cared for there!!

Friendly staff, very knowledgeable regarding services. The residents we talked to seemed happy. Grounds appear to be well kept. Good number of trips and programs.

[name removed] was the sales representative. She was fantastic. She was the reason we chose Brookdale. She made us feel important and welcome. Once all of the services were explained, I felt comfortable that my uncle would receive the best of care. I would recommend to others

They are great and are always available. Lots of activities. I don't like the food but my stepdad does. Everyone seems happy.

So far for Brookdale Kenwood, I would rate as 5 stars. The whole staff seems really nice, and there are plenty of aides. The activities director is very personable with everyone, and everyone who works there, front desk, kitchen staff, and office managers really seem to care about the residence and their families. Her room is an efficiency and very small, but it's perfect for what she needs. It is very clean, big windows with lots of light, and facility is very nicely decorated. They offer lots of activities and really try to get everyone involved. She likes the food about 75% of the time, she seems to be getting very picky though.

I was impressed with the community's look and feel, cleanliness, and layout. The staff are friendly and very helpful! I could tell that the residents I met really enjoyed living there. I took my dad for a tour. He was quite pleased with the staff and the community overall.

The staff, how clean the facility looks, and how the staff makes you feel like they actually care

The staff was excellent. They followed through with everything they said they would do. We were very pleased. We also felt the price was reasonable. I have already recommended it to my sister-in-law for her mother in law.

The staff was/is very friendly, professional, & always helpful to whatever your needs may be. The facility was keep very clean. The food was prepared fresh daily for patients. My wife was only there for 11 days. She had a breathing issue/ went to ER & passed 10 days later.

I'm super happy with everything. So, I rank everything with a five at this point. However, if you were to reach back out to me after six months, maybe I would have a better sense of things and what my folks think. Right now I rate my folks a 2 to 3 hahaha because they believe they are independent, living people and they really are not. So, my wife and I are urging them to take advantage of assisted living options, i.e., medicine management and laundry services. I also want them to start taking advantage of the activities that are available. When you move in as independent, there are two meals per day that are included and I think sometimes my dad is getting my mom to make him these grand breakfasts in their room. She's able to do that because they moved in independent status, which means they start with an oven. The cool thing is that they won't have to move when they shift to assisted care status. They simply start bringing services that they opt into directly to them in their room. So the facility and everything is really great, but I give my folks a poor grade for not opting into stuff so far. The struggle is real ha ha ha, but they are in the right place and my blood pressure is much lower because of it.
