The staff at Woodland are all exceedingly warm and friendly and take good care of my brother. His physical needs have changed since moving in, and Woodland continues to meet his needs. They involve the residents in planning meals and activities. The facility is well maintained and clean. We made the right choice.

This is a beautiful facility and a good value for the cost. Kept clean and residents are well cared for by friendly staff. Many activities . We live on an island so our monthly trips are local but scenic and historical. We have music, art and crafts. We made leis yesterday and once a month themed lunch. Meals by Chef Love and always delicious. I’m getting lots of exercise and I do water aerobics three times a week in a solar heated pool. The weather is always great 70’s and 80’s. I couldn’t be happier with this choice.

It gave me a warm inviting environment. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience I have had so far.

From making the initial appointment for me and my mom to tour, to signing her up and moving her in, this has been a positive experience. The response to my questions has been immediate and thorough from more than one person. The activities personnel are fun and creative and treat each person like their own parent. They keep tabs on what people may like to do and make sure they are included, tapping on doors to check if they are joining. Meals seem to have variety and options to a main dish if not to her liking. My mom enjoys her meal time with friends, both in and out of the facility. There was only one negative and that was that I could not reach anyone on a weekend. There is only one phone number to call and it was not being answered, nor was a message I left returned. They said that a staff person is supposed to answer that phone and they would make sure that they knew. Other than this, all has been great.

The staff took many opportunities to make her feel at home and included in the community. They made good choices when a hospitalization was required and they stayed in contact with the family throughout the stay.

I am hands on with my mom’s care so it was difficult to let others take care of her. I am onsite weekly for visits and everyone is always friendly. Each visit I learn something new about the care provided and mom is always clean and happy. Mom is in memory care which is locked in, but we go out for walks around the 2nd floor “loop” and all the staff we pass say hi but not just hi, they say her name! Every question I ask or need I voice the staff are responsive and make sure I’m comfortable with services. This facility is homey and clean and does not smell (something I was concerned about ). I recommend Regency Pullman.

The staff and facility are very nice but the billing has been a little confusing. I have had to call for clarification on the billing statement for the first 2 months of my mother’s residency but the staff has been helpful with everything and I think now that we have a care plan established to meet her needs it’ll go more smoothly.

My father and mother have been at Regency for five years. We are thrilled we picked this place. Above all the loving and attentive care of all the staff is unsurpassed. My Dad knows the ample and friendly staff by name, and they him. My Mom passed here, but had been treated with such tender loving care to her final end. Where can your folks go where even the room cleaner is so sweet, she brought a card and gift for my Dad? The activities and music offered are regular and excellent, the food yummy, and the rooms all very nice. We highly recommend Regency of Fallbrook if you want top-notch care for your folks!

Small community atmosphere. Very welcoming. Many activities. No stairs and no elevators. Nice walking paths around the property. Very close to the main hospital, clinics, and the bulk of the Drs offices. They have an on site beauty salon, senior nail care visits and on site immunizations.

I would recommend Parkview and say it has been a very positive experience, they are very helpful and caring.

Everyone at Regency Newcastle was very nice and I did enjoy meeting people from all walks of life. I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience I have had.

Dad was put on Hospice in January and passed [date removed]. Through it all his stay at Regency was good. The staff learned dad's preferences in food and routines and they treated everyone there like family members.

I recommend. The staff seems happy and they are very caring of the residents.

I would say that the staff really seems to care about the residents and work at making them comfortable. My brother feels cared for. Regency Woodland is on my short list of assisted living facilities I would choose for myself, when that need arises!

I would give all a 5, [name removed] is very happy where he is , getting great care good meals that he enjoys! The cost is great 1/2 of what we were paying for on Washington and much better care! The staff is friendly caring and willing to help on any way!!

All the staff has been very nice and very helpful. They are always happy to see my mom and always remember her name. They don't have a lot of activities, my mom went to the chair yoga class and said that it was just her and one other person, she's not one to really like a lot of group activities so she likes it. The food she says is good and they have a wide variety, and can also order off the menu. I wish they would have some sort of meet and greet with the staff and the residents every so often so that she could make some friends. Her apartment is very nice and whenever she needs something the handyman is always there to help.

Really enjoyed my stay. Wonderful staff. Breakfast is served a little to early for me.I really like the varirty of activities. I was at Newcastle 14 days i met a lot of nice people with each of them having an interesting story to tell.

It's been very good. Social opportunities are good. I would recommend to others.

I would recommend them. It's smaller, so it doesn't have the glitz of some of the others I have visited, but has been perfect for my mother. She has a plant shelf on one window and flowers outside the other. Like I mentioned - very homey.It is smaller, one level, homey,nice sized apartments and a friendly staff. It is also close to where I live which is helpful for me.

Feels like a close knit family very friendly. Would recommend it to anyone.
