My mother-in-law has been at Colebrook for over four years. Staff are wonderful and caring. I could not be happier with Colebrook. My mother-in-law is now in the Egis wing of Colebrook. [name removed] and her staff are wonderful human beings.

I have lived at this community since [date removed]. Each year has improved, particularly the medical staff, the best chef since I moved here in 2019. And the overall atmosphere strongly I plan to spend the rest of my life. Strongly recommend!

The staff were extremely helpful, caring, knowledgeable, and friendly. The rooms are very large and comfortable. We always felt welcomed and supported. There was a long wait (9 months) with many delays due to the poorly managed construction process. But it was not fault the caregiving staff. They reached out to us and sent staff to our house during the day and some nights. So, for our situation, it was our only viable choice.

Mom moved in over 2 years ago and has flourished She is happy, engaged made many frends. Colebrook is clean and is just a great place

Excellent location - Extra Clean - Excellent Staff - Extra knowledgeable - Excellent Food - Excellent activities - Excellent field Trips - Extra 19 Rooms. Please call and ask for [name removed] to go on tour and have lunch. She goes beyond what is expected of her.

Our guide was wonderful. She was very patient and answered all our questions. She gave us a tour of the whole facility, including the spacious living areas in the two bed two bath independent living, which is what we were interested in. Hillsbrook has the biggest apartments that we have seen in the three facilities we have toured. The facility is lovely . The two drawbacks we found are it’s a little far for the children to visit. Also, there are no outdoor sitting areas really except for a bench in the front we saw it is winter, however. We need to get a clearer idea of how much it is to go into assisted in the nursing areas . The buy in is reasonable. The other facilities that we’ve looked at online have huge buy ins with comparable sized apartments.

The virtual tour was wonderful. Everyone that I dealt with was very knowledgeable and friendly. I know that when the time comes, I will certainly use them again.

This place is 45 miles Away that's my concern, thought they place looked good, the distance is the real concern

This is a beautiful location and a facility that has thought of all that anyone could need to make their life stress free and very comfortable. The staff I met were very well informed and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

When I first went there I was impressed with how clean and bright it is. The apartment I chose for my father is a nice sized one bedroom. Staff have all been helpful and friendly. My father really likes the food. His memory and cognition have been declining, and the staff seem very understanding and caring.

It is very helpful to have a chance to meet some residents to judge their comfort and happiness and abilities to interact with other residents and visitors.

I can be close to my family yet keep my independence. Staff is a 10 out of 10. They always smile and are nice to me. Very clean environment and great activities.

Everyone is so helpful. I feel safe and I love my spacious apartment.

I am a resident and I love Hillsbook Village Everyone here is friendly and lots to do. They have shopping on Mondays and Luch outings on Wednesdays. I like dressing up when they have events and I have made many new friends

We were greeted by friendly staff. After sitting and going over our questions and concerns, and reviewing options we were given a tour . We were able to take as much time as we needed to see and get a feel for the building. This is a very clean and organized facility. What I like was the dining room was open most of the day so residents can feel free to get meals at their desired times. Fresh fruit and snacks are available throughout the day. The rooms (Studio) and one bedrooms had sufficient space and safety measures in place. Pricing is on the high end, especially due to the entry Fee that is required.

I Loved Hillbrook Village everything is clean and new. I live close by and my in laws would love it there. Everyone is so friend and I felt the love. The apartments are so big, and I love you get all your meal included

Very Quiet for me I love exercise and I have one of the better room with a balcony. Very friendly staff and always helpful My cares are also taken care of. I live close to my daughter too I have lived here now for a year and I love it
