Brand new place. Staff is attentive. Lots of activities but you don't have to participate if you don't want to. Food is very good and dining staff is very accommodating.

The staff has been extremely attentive. When she was at the cottage, they would ask her if she wanted to do something if she said no they would just leave her watching TV. At Lunabrook they don't ask. They just take her to the activity and she always has a good time. They never leave her behind. The food is better. It's not all cheap starchy food. It's quality stuff. The administration has been great and helping me find better insurance and a better way to get the supplies we need. The place is also very well. Kept none of the huge 6 inch holes in their parking lot like at the [community removed] And the crew is very professional whereas at the [community removed] it was just like a sorority.

My mom absolutely loves it at Colebrook Village! The staff are caring, attentive, and truly wonderful. She's very happy with her apartment, enjoys the meals, and looks forward to activities-especially Balloon Volleyball and Bingo. Choosing Colebrook Village has truly been one of the best decisions we've made.

It's a beautiful place with friendly staff. It's expensive though. I would recommend Elmbrook Village to others as everyone on the staff is helpful and nice.

The staff is really wonderful. The activities coordinators work very hard to get everyone to participate. I go 4-5 days per week and the staff know and love my mom. I can tell by the way they speak and interact with her. The food is really great and there are lots of choices. I just have to help my mom to make choices for the weekend. It really did take a full month for her to get settled in. So you have to withhold judgement for a while. Now she is doing really well and hasn't been asking when she is going to leave.

Very new and clean, well managed, price range worked well for my mom. Also, the way after other places didn't work out, one of the admissions reps called me up and suggested I take a look at elm brook for my mom. Her name was [name removed]. She was very helpful. I don't remember her full name.

All 5 place is wonderful so much nicer than [community removed] were she was in Brooklyn. From direct billing into an out of your account very convenient to impeccable care food is excellent and plentiful with multiple choices she has a ice cream Sunday every night happy hour in a beautiful pub Monday through Friday and on and on

They were amazingly helpful and very fair. My Father died before we could move him in, and they couldn't have been nicer. They were all really lovely, decent humans!

The management team sets an amazing expectation of care. They establish a culture of friendliness and professionalism that is ALWAYS focused on the residents. [name removed] is to thank for that [name removed] does a spectacular job of being "the mayor" and I have been keenly impressed with [name removed]as the head clinician

[name removed] has been getting excellent care from the SBV EGIS team the past 5 months. They are simply the best at every level. First class run organization.

The rooms and appliances were up to date. The staff are nice and smiling. Always. The restaurant is excellent and the LNA's are top notch. It is rare to see residents upset.

From our first meeting with the staff they were very welcoming. They are quick to respond when we have questions. It's a very comfortable facility and offers a lot of amenities for what I consider to be a very reasonable cost compared to other similar places we looked at. Most important, my dad loves it there and has made several companions his age that he can talk to

Mom is well taken care of on memory unit. All the staff know her name as well as mine. The facilty is beautiful and very clean. Staff is always encouraging my mom to join activities and I see mom smiling more and coming out of her shell. Any questions or concerns I have are answered right away or follow through is doing and I am updated. So glad I was able to find a safe community for mom.

Our mother came here from Middletown. We couldn't say enough how good the care is. Every single employees is fantastic. Our peace of mind is worth every dime. Absolutely love the community.

We moved our mother from another facility. Our mother is moving thru different stages of life, the staff here is excellent in providing support. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and forward in their care. The nursing staff, dining staff, CNA's, cleaning company are excellent.

We have been pleased with the level of service and attention given to both my mother and father. All the staff have been amazing and very accommodating. The administrative staff have also been especially helpful making sure all the paperwork is in place and billing is done correctly. We have had a great experience since our first tour and each time we visit the facilities are always well decorated and kept clean.

Since the first day my dad moved in he was happy! He loves the food - and he is picky -, is incredibly happy with the care in assisted living, and has even participated in a number of activities and exercise classes. The physical building is beautiful and well maintained and the staff is responsive and caring. Definitely an A+ rating!

Family like atmosphere. Residents are very welcoming and staff is very courteous and helpful. Food is delicious. Would highly recommend this facility. Pet friendly is great too!
