Our visit was wonderful. [name removed] did a very good job answering our questions. She is definitely built for her job. We are going to try and place my mom here.

Absolutely beautiful facility! Smelled great too. This would be my number one choice!

I like the great care from this community. The staff is outstanding and very caring. They need to work on getting a few things completed on time. The menu is outstanding. They offer her activities and hopefully, she will want to participate with the other residents. I am happy knowing that she is getting good care for a great value and would recommend other families to this community for good care.

All is well for my mother-in-law as a new resident to the community. The staff are doing a good job. I feel the community is kept clean. The meals are good to eat. They provide well planned out activities and have plenty of options. I would recommend this community to others in need.

We toured this community when looking for my father. At first he liked it. The main reason he did not chose Matthews of Irish Road is they do not offer separate rooms for activities. There is one all purpose room where they do activities and have meals.He didn't like that.

The entire staff is attentive, incredibly caring and get to know each resident individually. They do their best to make everyone feel comfortable. They offer a variety of activities including bingo and singalongs. They offer a lockdown memory care unit. This is a very clean beautiful community. Her room looks like a small hotel room as it is warm and inviting. I would recommend this community.

It's very hard when you have to reach a decision on what's best for a loved one. I finally realized that mother need more then the family support. It was with sadness that we as a family began looking for a place that we felt would be safe and that would give her love and kindness and help her with her daily activities as needed. My sister and I were impressed as soon as we walked into Matthewes Of Pewaukee. It was well maintained and everyone seemed happy. We met with Leslie and toured the facility. As we walked around all the staff was friendly and what I found was the people that lived there were also friendly and they seemed happy. They weren't just left sitting and staring at a wall. I paid great attention to the way the staff talked to the people and listen to their tone of voice as they addressed their concerns. They were as it should be. Concerned, courteous and respectful. My sister and I left there feeling that this was a good place for mother. We soon brought mother to see the Matthews home. She walked in and she felt just as my sister and I did. I told her I had another place to show her but she said no that she would be happy there. Mother has been there two weeks and she is adjusting to her new environment. So far we are very happy.

My loved one has been able to connect with others at the community. The meals served are good and my loved one does not have any complaints. I always see Kathy busy vacuuming and keeping the community neat and tidy. The community offers a variety of activities for the residents to enjoy like bingo, and card games.

My husband is very happy here at this community. The staff is very nice and helpful. The food is good and a nice variety available to choose from. They offer him a alot of activities that he enjoys quite often. We would recommend this community for a good value with great care for family and loved ones.

Mom has been here a little over a week and she just said "I'm glad you found this place for me". That just makes my day!!! I am so happy that she is happy! Everyone here is so friendly and caring. Mom is sleeping better. The food is great per mom and I had a couple of the meals myself and I agree!! The residents are wonderful as well. I can sleep at night knowing mom is being taken care of. My hat is off to the wonderful people of Matthews Senior Living in Oak Creek. Also a big thank you to Amy Thornton who referred me to this great place!!

My mom has only been at Matthews of oak creek for 1 week but so far it's been really good. She's adjusting better then ever. She's been active socially which is great ! The care has been very good and all of her needs are addressed right away. We can only hope this continues for her future !

They have been excellent. They are very clean and very friendly. She doesn't like their food at all. They should have a computer for the residents to use, to check emails and things. Other than that we have no complaints, there isn't really anything I want to see improved or done better.

Loved the size of the facility and a number of rooms. Liked the one floor building plan. Liked the philosophy of dignity and that it was not based on the ability to pay. Would recommend this facility to anyone

My mother spent her last months at Mathews. My sisters and I are so grateful we found this small caring community. Mom was very reclusive and it was so important to her to have a private room. The staff was loving,kind,and provided the best care we could hope for since mom was a Medicare patient. We always left after each visit with peace of mind knowing she was so well cared for. Only complaint, a very few minor things were a tiny bit shabby and could use replacing and fuses seemed to blow alot, but those things pale in comparison to our relief that mom was truly safe and given such good care.

My mom has been a resident at Matthews for 15 months. I can not say enough good about the care she receives there. They truly make this house a home atmosphere. The activities are awesome...exercise, crafts, bingo, current events, devotion time, lots of music/sing alongs and special events...etc. The rooms are decent size and you can make it their own with their own belongings. The facility is safe and alarmed for the alzhtimers/dementia patient's. Hairstylist in weekly.... the facility for being mostly carpeted is odor free... it's comfortable and my mom is comfortable and that is what is most important to us, her children. We are grateful we found Matthews of Neenah/memory care for our mom!

The have a great location. The staff is good. The food is pretty good. The layout of the community is good and the room sizes are good. The do not have much outdoor for the memory care. They have a seciure memory care.

This looked like a nice clean community when we visited. The people we met were nice and they offer some nice amenities. This community does not offer a full kitchen in the apartments.

I have no complaints about the experience my father and I had during our tour. The staff where on time for our appointment and where very professional. They made sure to take there time and give us lots of great information which was helpful for us to understand there packages. Overall it just ended up not being the right fit for my father and decided on another facility

I like the care that my father is getting here. The food is very good. My father is happy doing a lot of the activities with others. We are happy with the cleanliness of the community. The staff are very nice and caring to his needs. We would recommend this community for great care and value to other families.

The staff at Matthews of Neenah, dementia unit do a great job of taking care of their patients. While at times it seems they are a bit short staffed, reality is they do a wonderful job. The place is clean, accommodating and a place that gives family members a level of comfort knowing their loved ones are being cared for. [Removed] is amazing and does a great job of running the show. While my father has been a handful, they are doing their best and always communicating their plans for his care. It is very tough seeing your parent going through this illness, Matthews provides a high level of comfort to the family. Highly recommend Matthews of Neenah.
