Willamette Manor was a good experience. Friendly staff. They all truly appear to enjoy their work and the residents are treated like family.

The cost for the room was good. We picked this community, because of the price, and location. The staff were so wonderful. They bent over backwards to make us feel comfortable and help with his medical issues and they were very friendly, and straightforward.

[name removed] is the best activity director, she is clever and patient . She always has a positive attitude and so quick to help residents as needed. She is a great friend. The residents and staff get along well .

Mom has finally accepted WM as her home and we feel that this is a safe place where she is having her needs met that we were no longer able to do ourselves. The staff is friendly and enjoy providing care for the residents. She is happy again and enjoys interacting with other residents and the staff. They have become her extended family. The cost is more affordable than other facilities that we considered.

Willamette Manor does a lot of things right, but the most tangible for a community member is what comes from their kitchen. Having visited on site many times during mealtime, as well as having WM cater on behalf of functions for our Chamber of Commerce, I can assure you the food is always fresh, delicious, and sometimes innovative. It's counterintuitive to think of an assisted living facility to be known for good food, but there it is. Feed me more with your lovin' food, WM!

Willamette Manor in Lebanon has the most fabulous food! Going in for a hot breakfast, with fresh fruit & hashbrowns with melted cheese that has crispy bits...yum! Then there are the desserts...OMG! I know that most Assisted Living Facilities like this generally provide healthy meals by a registered dietician...but when it tastes extraordinary too... Well, that is something to consider. Especially as we all know that as we age, food is a HUGE component of being happy where you live. Come by and check out the Manor & have lunch too!

My husband's grandmother lived at the Manor and I have been in and out of their building multiple times over many, many years. It truly feels like home. My mom, who is not ready for assisted living, has already told me the Manor is where she wants to move when the time comes. The staff members have positive attitudes and go out of their way to make the residents and their families feel comfortable. Caregivers especially go above and beyond by also learning the residents preferences. The dining room operates like a restaurant with a full menu and the food is great! If you or a loved one are looking for a comfortable place to call home, I would recommend you take a tour of Willamette Manor.

I have volunteered for Willamette Manor for years. I love how they Love their residents and you can see it in the care givers. This is the environment I would want to be in if I were in need of assisted living - Save a Place for Me!!

I have been a part of the Lebanon Community for 20 years, and Willamette Manor really stands out. They are people focused. You will always find residents & staff smiling and laughing when you visit. The house is always busy. The care given to residents is truly quality. We live in a fast forward world, Willamette Manor slows things down really stopping to listen to the people they serve. If you are looking for a facility full of LOVE, Willamette Manor is the place.

My good friend lived here for 5 years, sadly he passed a few months ago. I used to visit with him a couple of times per month, my positive experience prompted me to write this review. A very nice community, clean, never any fowl smells. His apartment was so warm an cozy with lot's of windows and a nice covered balcony to sit and visit on. I enjoyed several meals in the restaurant, what a nice menu to choose from. The staff was always welcoming and friendly.

My mother-in-law has been a resident of Solvang for 1 1/2 years and is very happy there. As a regular visitor there myself, I can testify to the friendliness of the staff and other residents. She has made lots of friends and especially enjoys the many off-site outings that are offered, including trips to local wineries. The quality of the food and flexibility of dining times are a real standout compared to other retirement homes we had visited before choosing Solvang. My husband and I enjoy eating there regularly and have been impressed with the variety of menu options and excellent special meals that Chef [Removed] prepares. This is definitely not cafeteria food, but restaurant quality. There are plenty of activities available to keep one as busy as they would like to be. I would be happy to live there myself someday!

They have a lot of friendly and caring people that work at this community. They have activities like people that come in to sing, bingo, game nights, movies, and they take trips to places around the community if the residents would like to go. The staff communicate very well and they are on top of trying to get what he needs in place to get the best care.
