The staff are amazing!! The facility is great! We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far. The nurses and the care staff are more than we could have hoped for. Excellent care, very patient and very kind! The rooms are beautiful!

Having two nurses a day that were available every day at Home Again was very helpful for us.

I am a PT and have worked in many care facilities in my career. Never before have I experienced the level of care and concern for a resident as I did with my Mom. Always pleasant, always professional and always there for my Mom, to her last moments. I can't tell you how much it eased my mind knowing she was so well cared for. They're very welcoming. It's a beautiful facility. I think all of them are struggling with staff right now, so the weekdays are fine but it's less staffed on the weekend. I think that's just the Covid times right now. The food is very good. It was a good experience, and I would recommend this community to other families.

The care services at this community were fantastic, the staff members were very friendly. It is an attractive and modern community. It had great amenities and overall everyone there was just super friendly. Right after COVID we were not able to go in and visit, but beforehand we were able to see our loved ones room and it felt very comfortable.

Leaving you own home is never an easy decision but I am happy "Home Again" in Waunakee is able to provide a comfortable residences for me. The best part is having well trained staff. They are enthusiastic, eager to help and willingly take time to sit with me and chat if that's what I need. There are numerous places to spend time in public areas as well as a great country view out my window if I need quiet alone time. Come for a visit, you'll see what I mean.

Enjoys staff and other residents. Very happy with most everything. Good management team. Food could improve with more variety. Transportation is only Monday & Wednesday provided by the facility. Very clean.

This is a newly built facility that is set to open in December. It was a really nice facility and I liked it a lot. The building and décor looked very nice. The only reason I decided not to move here is because of the $1,500 entrance fee. It’s a little bit pricier than other places. The rooms are a lot bigger than other places I toured as well. It would be really nice to have that extra room. Everything is included in your rent. All of the utilities, cable, and meals are included. For meals the serve you 3 times a day. I liked a lot of their key features they had. They have 24 hour staffing, housekeeping every other week, and low barrier showers. For activities, they have things like movies, live entertainment, worship services, a pub, and a beauty salon. I really liked this facility.

My mom was living here, during her time here she had good care. Everything went excellent for her. The staff are helpful, attentive and excellent people. My mom had a comfortable environment till the end.
