Everyone is especially nice here and so eager to help. We are not full at this time so that's kind of nice because we're all kinda close and we have a lot of activities. The facility is always especially clean which makes it nice for the residence. The decorating is absolutely beautiful. I have my dog here so that is good. My neighbor lady has her cat so that's available too. I just love it here so I certainly would not have any complaints.

Staff is great for the most part. Activities are targeted to older patients. Food - I cooked 98% of our meals. Most meals were similar to school like meals in with a lot of pork. Never had any fresh veggies for the omelets. Dining - the dining environment was pleasant but definitely leaned toward the long time residents. Apartment overall - roomy and well setup for us but could easily support up to 4 individuals.

There were just a couple small things that didn't go exactly perfectly (logistics wise and nobody's fault) but nothing concerning. My mom had nothing but good things to say about the staff and about the meals. She also had nice things to say about the gentleman who would get her to her appointments in the van. The experience was a positive one.

The staff was very kind, and caring. The nursing staff was exceptional! The food was good and everybody did a tremendous job making Mom feel welcome

I have found at Kettlestone enjoyable. The staff here are very friendly and very knowledgeable and that does not even begin to describe them. The same things can be said of the administration. The good food here is excellent with two chefs cooking. I can honestly say that I have not a meal that I did not enjoy. There are many activities offered here. From shopping outings to movies to games to Friday afternoon Happy Hour.

From our very first meeting with Edencrest it was clear that this was going to be his family. They were a tremendous help in the transition from the hospital to Edencrest. There is not enough we can say about the professionalism of the entire staff. They are all extremely friendly and caring. Lots of activities if you choose to participate. I would not want him anywhere else.

The facility is very clean and the activities are good! They have had a lot of staffing issues at the facility, not having staff to clean my grandmas room, not having staff at one point to even cook and the administrator had to go cook for awhile in the kitchen alone for the residents. There is disorganization and recent change over in director so things are starting to look up. The main issue is the staffing. The staff they have are very nice, but the lack there of make it hard to get cares or cleaning of the room done and my grandma pays a lot of money to be there.

In a tumultuous journey for our family, Edencrest at Timberline, helped us find comfort, faith and confidence in selecting a final home for mom as she needed memory care and hospice. Edencrest at Timberline is ......... quality, new, fresh, clean, upbeat, attentive, warm, nurturing, empathetic, engaged, responsive. Mom was [name removed], not a client. Edencrest took a sincere interest in mom as an individual. The staff to client ratio was very good. Staff interactions with mom were warm and frequent. Individual medical plans and execution was comforting. The memory unit and care provided was excellent. Edencrest met our needs while also providing counsel and expertise for the care plan. Care was provided 24/7. Thank you to [name removed], the Executive Director, for the leadership he provides in caring for clients AND their families.

This is a facility who really has their resident’s best interest at heart! There are many organized events and activities for the residents to get involved in and attend. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful.

My aunt lived in another state. She is 91 years old . She was all alone in that state,independent ! She was found outside unconscious by the fire department and hospitalized for 7 days. She had not taken her medicine or paid her electric bill. Something had to be done! Family in CA, Montana, and Iowa met! It was decided to move her to Iowa since her 6 kids were buried there. I am in Iowa and started looking for an Assisted Care or Memory Care placement. I called A Place for Mom. They recommended several places near me. I started visiting places by me. When I got to Edencrest at Timberline I knew I had found the right place! It’s very clean and friendly. Staff bent over to help me pick between assisted care or memory care. She started out in memory care and now 3 months later we moved her to assisted care. The nursing director helped us all the time. I would highly recommend this place to you!

Extremely helpful in getting my 103 yr. old mother get settled. They go out of their way . Staff and residents are SO friendly. Beautiful inside and out. Not so overpowering as some facilities are. I would highly recommend!!!

The place is always clean and staff is easy to find they will have issues but they get on them before I have said anything.

Fun, vibrant, safe and clean. The staff treat your parent/family member with respect and kindness. Not a cold sterile old folks home. A place they can still be adults and not just another number.

Such a vibrant community set in the heart of my Dad's hometown of Beaverdale! He loves the staff and residents and says he enjoys sitting out front on Beaver Ave watching the traffic go by! Dad loves it and it was an easy adjustment for him! Thank you to all who made this a seamless move for him from the tour to the move in! He is happy!

Mom loves living here and has made some great friends! The staff is always very kind and courteous. She enjoys the musicals performances and the movie theatre! I would highly recommend! Thank you Edencrest!
