I would give them a 5 in all categories. Great experience for us as well as our Mom. The apartment is beautiful. There is plenty of room for my nieces, nephew's great nieces and brothers and sisters to go and visit her. I feel the environment is very safe as to the security as well as some of her limited abilities at this time. I wish they would force her or encourage her to participate more as she says the days are long and she's bored.

The employees were awesome. Always seeing to the residents and their families. The medical staff keeping the family updated on any issues that arise. The friendliness of everyone who worked there.

So far everything has been fantastic. The staff is very friendly and works really hard to accomplish meeting. All of the needs that we have. I have been very impressed. The food is good. The dining room is beautiful and the staff is friendly. Everything is clean. The cleaning staff has helped with the move by picking up boxes and trash several times a day. Honestly, I could not be happier.

The staff has been very helpful and accommodating. Everyone from the administrator to the maintenance crew have been so supportive!

My dad is in the independent living side, but from exchanges with others, it also seems to be highly regarded. The staff is amazing!!! I eat with my dad occasionally. It's worth every penny and is much more reasonable than other facilities I looked at. No large buy in payment which is a huge plus.

From what I can see I'd give it a 5. Everyone seems friendly and mother is doing really good. I like that it is not gloomy. It has an open floor plan with lots of light.

They are engaged, and invested emotionally and physically with the residents. Even coming back in late evening to be with the family members when the spouse passed away. They are so very accommodating to any request from the residents. I can't say enough about the staff. The facilities are immaculate and the setup encourages interaction and activities.

My aunt needs assistance and I can't think of a better place for her to be. It gives me peace of mind to know she has a professional staff to take care of her. Everyone is so nice specially [name removed]. Thank you all.

Clean and very organized. Friendly staff. Toured assisted living facilite. [name removed] is super friendly. Beautiful layout, great amenities. I would high my recommend this to friends and family. I wish my mother could have experienced this care prior to passing.

Tours are easy for the employees to conduct because the facilities are cleans, welcoming and bright. It seems everything that a resident would need is accounted for. Tours are smart to take in that we never know when we or someone we love or know desperately and unexpectedly are in need of extra care. This is certainly one care community you need to check out! If interested and a veteran, be sure to ask about a benefit you may qualify for!

My experience is this place is a home with wonderful Residents, Staff, sincere love and care provided. I strongly recommend if any are in need of Memory Care Facility this location would be perfect.

Love love love The canopy! Always smells clean with a great management team who always tries their best to be the best they can for their residents. I love how they can deliver all meals to the rooms; I think that definitely makes some residents feel comfortable in their apartment. The activities are amazing and the coffee social is great for everyone to catch up. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who is in need of a safe space for their loved one.

I had the pleasure of touring this community during their yard sale, it was modern and extremely clean. Well decorated and very nice staff. The management that I met were very down to earth and friendly.

I love this community very much. The staff are very friendly and very attentive to the residence and never fails to impress me. The management is also amazing and goes above and beyond for the residents. To med techs to care staff everybody is so loving and kind to the residents and us family members. 10/10 RECOMMEND this place.

Reviewed facility on [date removed]. Toured the model apartment which was very clean and spacious. The bathroom is very large and very handicap accessible. Staff is very friendly. The dining area is very nice.

OK, I’m gonna go over there so I’m not bothering [name removed]. Yes we reviewed the facility. It was very beautiful so clean. I just can’t believe how nice this place is and accommodations they give you the lady that tour us did such a wonderful job showing us around they have so many activities here. It’s just unbelievable. They do your laundry. The bathrooms in the apartments are huge. I just think that if I ever had to come somewhere when I’m older and can’t take care of myself, I would definitely come here. It’s just beautiful. I can’t even explain it and clean. Everything is so clean and organized. It’s just so nice.

Staff is very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.
