So I'm fairly new, but there doesn't seem to be a clear-cut. Concise way to communicate with all key players. For example, if I was to take my dad out, I'm not exactly sure who I would communicate that to in advance if he has a doctor's appointment. I am still navigating their process.

The staff in Memory care are generally kind and caring. The food is much better than I expected and is varied over each meal. There are activities for those who wish to participate. There are more activities in Assisted Living as those residents are more able to participate. In Memory Care there are outings for lunch or for ice cream. The residents are sometimes taken for a ride just for a change of scenery. When the weather permits, residents are taken for short walks around the building.

My family member has been in Memory Care for sometime now. I have been so impressed with the positive changes since the Director of Nursing [name removed]and Nurse [name removed]came on board. It’s such a loving, fun, and family like atmosphere. I can see a positive difference in my loved one since this change. Thank you Tequesta Terrace, [name removed], and [name removed]for all you do!!!

All the staff members of this facility work so incredibly hard, are so kind, and so patient to the residents! [names removed] they're all dedicated, and show the residents the proper care they deserve.

[name removed] took great care of us very friendly and kind! She gave us a tour were she provided water, good jokes and over all a great attitude. The facility was clean, smelled great and all the residents all seem extremely happy!

It's a beautiful facility, very clean. The staff is very wonderful and the staff has a place in heaven! The food is amazing and activities team are very much appreciated. There's so many activities that keeps everyone engaged.

Tequesta Terrace is the perfect place! At first my mom did not want to leave her large northern home. Shortly after her move, I realized I made the right decision for her. She is more social and active than she has ever been. The staff here takes great care of her and are very attentive to her needs. The nursing director and sales director helped make this an easy transition. Their approach and demeanor allowed me to trust them and make the move. It’s hard for everyone but trust me when I say, this is the place you want your loved one to be! Thank you to the entire staff for being so welcoming during our arrival.

I see the very caring attitude from all the care helpers. The activities are nearly continuous.

Palm Beach Memory Care is truly a special place for individuals living with dementia. The staff are not only professional, but also compassionate, treating every resident with patient and respect. The community is warm safe and thoughtfully designed to meet the unique means of memory care residence.

After visiting many memory care, facilities, we are very happy with Welbrook. My sister is very well cared for. She is always well dressed, clean, well fed, entertained, and has a nice room. The caregivers are very caring. The activities are many, and the entertainment is just wonderful. The staff are efficient, sufficient, and friendly. I think it’s a great place.

My husband was in memory care which is separate from the main facility, so I can't add much other than the cost. It is a clean and well maintained facility and a nice staff.
