My mom was no longer able to safety stay at home by herself. We toured a few assisted living facilities and found Westmont Woods to be a good fit. The staff is friendly and helpful. When I have questions. They answer my concerns. The rooms are sizeable, clean and comfortable. My mom has been there for over 5 yrs. We brought some things from her house to make it "home" the food is good and served warm. She is picky, so I make sure she has frozen options the staff gladly heats for her. The building is not large and is on one floor, so she doesn't have to take an elevator to the dining room etc. She prefers to have me shower her there. Though during COVID she obviously had to let staff do it. They have a lot of activities for the residents, as well as "field trips". However, my mom does not participle. She comes to my house once a week, weather permitting. I am happy with the care she receives, the helpful staff and the facility in general.

I have found the staff and be incredibly kind and extremely hard working. I have been in the home numerous times and days of the week and have nothing but positive experiences. we are thankful that two of our very clear friends are so well taken care of. I would recommend Westmont Woods to anyone.

Very friendly and helpful staff cleaning staff very efficient and friendly, above average food and menu many activities and day trips are offered.

The care for my father is good. the staff is caring and attention of the community is clean. My father is happy with the variety of good meals. I like knowing that he is active with the other residents. We would recommend the good care and value to other families for the care of a loved one.

The staff at Meadow Lake is friendly and helpful. The food is good and they offer daily activities as well as some outings. They keep the community clean and I would recommend it.

Meadow Lake Manor is a very pleasant environment. The décor is beautiful and certainly not what you see in most personal care facilities. My mother's health is noticeably improved since being there. All of the staff is friendly and [removed], the supervisor for this unit, was extremely helpful anytime we had issues. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone.

My loved one is doing well since his move to the Westmont Woods. It is defiantly more independent living, and he has a private caregiver that checks on him. They provide meals at a cost, and the community is kept clean.

I have stopped to visit at various times during the day and never found my mother being neglected. They have a doctor that comes to see the residents if you want them to and contacts the doctor when needed. The rooms are clean, updated, and pleasant. Laundry is done daily and put back in the room. Food looks appetizing. Overall, this is a nice place with caring staff.

Everyone friendly at the home. I mean staff wise. Always a good idea to keep your lawyer on stand by if needed.

Caring staff, 97 yo uncle provided excellent care to date (1 yr) in assisted living. Food considered poor by resident, most provided by family.

It your upset they take time to listen! If I am in a bad mood, they always make me laugh with a joke or saying something funny. Head of unit comes in and talks to you if you have questions about medicine or whatever even medical condition. If we don't understand! Staff is respectful even to residents who can be mean to the staff. They are very caring and concerned for our safety.

My mother in law is doing very well with her move to this community. We very pleased with all they have done for us. They have providing her with good care, and everything is working very well. This is a community I would recommend, it is working out very well for us.

We toured this community. We did not find a lot of staff around to answer my questions.The staff was not organized when we arrived. We did see a menu and we were not informed of activities that would be offered. We felt like that this community was needing to be organized.

My loved on lived there for a short time, but that was way to long. Trinity living center is so below standards and very employee I had contact with was unprofessional or rude in most cases both. Dirty place and extremely dirty and shady on the way they handle their mistakes. I am not just venting..I truly hope that with this review it will stop someone from placing a loved one in this horrible place. I have proof and data to support my post... I have reported to all the right agencies and filed complaints. So please reconsider and do not waste your time with this unskilled living center. Again have to enter a Star to post.... negative star(s) would be the better choice. so the star is for posting only. They earned NO stars.
