All 5's! What we like the most about the community is their compassionate care, their patience, and the staff always keeps me informed of all details of care and resident status. we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

While I was visiting a family member at this facility and the staff was very friendly and professional. They were very patient with my aunt that I was visiting was visiting. I was able to have lunch with her and the food was very good. It was like having a home cooked meal. There is plenty of outdoor space to sit and enjoy the warm weather. My aunt really loves the staff and her accommodations.

I found Altercare Assistant Care after doing my walk through of 4 different facilities. I knew when i met [Name Removed] and felt the atmosphere in his home that that is where i wanted my mom to be. There was a true feeling of a home atmosphere with the kindness of [name Removed] and the other caregivers. The home was always clean and smelled like a home not a rest home smell. I had the chance to visit any day and hour that i wanted and always found the home in the same condition. My mom had Alzheimer's with sundown and she gave [Name removed] a very difficult time, but[Name Removed] never once complained about how difficult she was. Mom was always clean and was a pleasure to hug, [Name Removed] would make sure she was clean, hair and nails done and used her favorite perfume. I would recommend Altercare to my family and friends. She was there till end of life and the death was handled so professional. My sister and brother feel she could not have gotten any better care at our own home. I appreciate [Name Removed] and his staff for being there for us

[name removed] and every single staff person were excellent. Compassionate, caring, concerned and supportive to both my husband and to me as well. Meals were well planned and cooked to order. Facility is spotless and very homey.

We had the best experience ever. They were very kind and sweet. They provided special food that my father-in-law wanted or liked it was there for him. I would recommend it highly. I'd give it a five star rating.

My experience touring Altercare assisted living has been very positive. The staff members are caring, attentive, and treat residents with kindness and respect. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable environment that feels welcoming. Great amenities for residents, from mini golf, aquarium, pet therapy, table games, etc. The manager is hands on, patient and genuinely seem to care about the residents’ well-being and quality of life. Meals are good, activities are engaging. I work in the healthcare industry and I would recommend this assisted living facility to families looking for a safe and supportive place for their loved ones.

I am proud to leave this review for Ecumenical as a whole, and specifically for [Name Removed]. A couple years ago, Ecumenical took wonderful care of our father,[Name Removed]. He was hesitant to go to Assisted Living, but it took a short amount of time for him to adjust and he ultimately loved being there. The staff was the main reason his transition was successful. Recently, our mother's significant other passed away. This left her by herself within her home. She has a very aggressive form of dementia, which led to my brother and I needing to act quickly to get her someplace safe. Ecumenical was the logic choice. Once contacted, we were hooked up with [Name Removed]. [Name Removed] actually traveled to Duncannon to visit and evaluate our Mom. We then proceeded to get the transition underway. [Name Removed] went out of her way consistently to allow us to get Mom into Ecumenical quickly. The onsite staff has been wonderful and is helping our Mom to adjust to her new environment. We are beyond grateful.

The owner is a nurse and makes extra precautions to make sure my mom lives in a comfortable, clean, healthy environment. She has a great proactive attention to detail on my mom's health / comfort and makes sure all of her needs are addressed. Her staff follows suit very closely. This gives my family great peace of mind.

No matter what problem I bring her, be it SNAP, Medicaid/Medicare, or anything else that impacts my life, Nancy has always helped me understand and find a solution. She always seems to find the time to help me. It's great to have someone to help me as a person and not just a rent check.

A few months ago I was looking for a home where I would feel safe, have plenty of room with lots of light, quiet, beautiful views, secured underground parking, easy access to my church & shopping, also in my budget AND wonderful neighbors who lived in the community. I found all of it here at Windsor Place! It was definitely the right decision for me to move to Windsor Place - an answer to prayer. Carolyn

It has been a very positive experience. Night and day from where my mom was previously at. It is so amazing!

The staff and manager are great. Never has that assisted living smell. It felt like a home not a medical facility. Definitely would recommend compared to the others I have been with my dad! He loves it and the food!

After visiting several 55+ communities in Virginia Beach, [name removed] front office competence made the difference in choosing Jamestown Commons as home. I recommend the complex for excellent value, convenient nearby shopping, building security, peaceful outdoor community and helpful accessible staff.

Ridge Rest has been a true blessing for my 91-year-old father over the last two years. Because it is a smaller facility, it feels like a genuine home rather than an institution. The staff is incredible and treats everyone like family; they truly know his specific needs and favorite habits. Knowing that they handle all the logistics of his care so well allows me to simply focus on enjoying our visits together. I wholeheartedly recommend Ridge Rest to anyone looking for a senior living community they can truly trust.

I have lived at White Lake for over a year. I have a lovely large apartment. The staff is very freidnly. The food is good and I enjoy the activities. The community is clean and well take care of. I love it here.

When my dad said he was ready to tour assisted living facilities, we made up a list of options and showed him various websites and photos from the area. One of the big, corporate-owned places (recently declared bankrupt!) felt dated, dark, and run down. Another local facility seemed like residents were isolated in small 'groups' of living quarters. La Posada is none of that. A smaller operation means that residents get a higher level of attention. They have a nurse on duty 24/7, day and night. There are multiple large, secured outdoor gardens for relaxing. Beautiful modern dining room, activity room, and family room. The entire place is very clean, updated, and comfortable. Plus, as Dad's medical conditions caught up with him more and more, it was wonderful having such an easy, caring transition to hospice care when it was time. Fantastic, caring staff. Love this place and all that they do.

My brother celebrates Passover and [name removed] and her staff went above and beyond to make sure he had the foods he needed. I was also told he would never walk again, but with the exceptional care he receives, he is walking using a walker. I am forever grateful I found BridgePointe.[name removed] and her staff make sure my brother thrives!!! Highly recommend for your loved ones.

[name removed] and [name removed] are outstanding caregivers and my siblings and I are witnesses to them being very loving to my mother in every way and all the time! [name removed], who manages things has been helpful since day one and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who wants great care for their loved one.

My mom passed today at Fisher Family Home. She was with them a very long time with dementia and numerous physical ailments. [name removed] and [name removed] and other caregivers treated her like family and with the utmost respect and care. They stayed in constant contact with me because I live far away and was not able to visit. I cannot say enough wonderful things about their facility. If your loved one is lucky enough to stay with them you will be so happy with their care. I love these people so much. Absolutely loving and wonderful care.
