We have been very pleased with the care of our sister in Allure of Palm Harbor. The new owners managed the transition smoothly and effectively - much effort was done to assign qualified facility management and staff to provide efficient care for the residents, 100% improvement. Calls, questions and requests were promptly responded and acted upon. The facility especially bathrooms was improved and remodeled- residents rooms and dining areas were kept clean. Most important is the improved care and attention shown by the owners and facility mgmt/staff. Our sister is in a good place.

When it was clear my brother needed this kind of facility i contacted several. Angels Senior living was helpful from the first call and my choice was based on my contact with the staff at Palm Harbor , and the corporate entity. They expedited everything. I live in NYC and this was done during Covid and so it was remotel This has proved an excellent choice. The staff is excellent, caring and highly professional. They have gone way above and beyond to provide my brother with the care he needs. Whenever i have had a concern the response is prompt. I could not recommend more highly.

Overall, I think that Angels Senior Living has been a pretty good choice for our family. The community itself is kind of dark and it’s not as bright and cheery as I would like, but the staff is great. The girls there do everything they possibly can to make my loved one’s stay as comfortable as possible. My loved one sometimes complains about the food, but it always at least seems complete and nutritious, and I like the activity programs they provide there

The community was great and the staff was good. They answered all questions and took us around to see everything about the community. This was our first pick for our loved one. The reason we didn't go with it is because I didn't feel that they were as active as I would like. This place looked like an old mansion. The grounds look like a country estate with a huge fireplace in the front.

Our family had a tour scheduled and we cancelled when we entered the parking lot. The property was just not well maintained, you could see broken blinds from your car, and we could hear residents yelling at each other out of their windows.

I did visit Angles at Palm Harbor and was greeted by Terri who was very nice and gave me a tour. I guess I should have went there first instead of [Removed]. To be honest I was not very impressed with the facility. Guess I was spoiled with [Removed]. Rooms seemed very small. Not much room to move around. Seemed mostly women only seen one man. They were having a social hour and there was only ladies there no men. Don't think he would like it there. Moving forward I think we would rather persue Grand Villa or maybe look at some other facility.

unclean place, bottle of bed bug spray in his room, understaffed, high turnover of personnel, untrained personnel, give you lip service but no action, lack of activities director, food not of good quality and non-responsive personnel at top when you ask for calls back - do not send your loved one there.

I have a friend living at Palm Harbor. Have not had contact for a while. The COVID situation has never been reported to me other than a meaningless Christmas wish by email! 9 months and NOTHING from Angels Palm Harbor. They get away with that pathetic response through LAX Florida Regulations. Republican Trump Governor. Slow to the party Florida regulations. Basically they are adept at misdirecting you to other people who may not have information. Very convenient of them. And refuse to provide names, phone numbers, email addresses of Corporate Executives. The phone operators cleverly have NO INFORMATION. It's a black hole. If I know this was Angels attitude I would have DISCOURAGED my friend from choosing Angels. Calling this place ANGELS is the ultimate spin name.

staff turnover is high and attention to detail is lacking Inexperienced staff is apparent or maybe its just a lack of caring or direction, not sure. The food is pretty good, but it doesn't offset all of the other problems.
