The administrative staff and housekeeping could not be more friendly and accommodative. The food menu is very good and the servers go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need.

We met with [name removed] who is very knowledgeable and helpful with the possibility of making this transition for our loved one. She did not push us into making a decision right then and there. Very understanding and helpful with out questions and concerns. Rose court is definitely on our list as a possibility for our loved one.

I will forever be grateful for the staff at CV AL in helping us out with our mom for the last year and a half. My mom is quite difficult, and the AL staff — in particular, [name removed] ,[name removed] , [name removed] and the rest of the Health and Wellness folks in addition to the nursing staff — bent over backwards to work with us to provide a nice quality of life for our mom, which can be challenging. We all live out of state, and they were patient, communicative, and caring, and met each challenge with a positive — albeit realistic, pragmatic — attitude. I can only imagine how much more difficult our journey with our mom would have been without them.

I'm on my 3rd family member moving to independent/assisted living and each person that I've facilitated had their own unique needs, personality, and finances. Broadway representatives I dealt with was super professional and showed me a unit she thought met my needs and I had initially not considered. She was very intuitive but not in the least pushy. my Dad has been out there a month and is thriving way beyond my expectations. he is in absolutely the right place

As five-year residents of The Clare, among the many amenities we have enjoyed are its central location and its close proximity to the Chicago cultural institutions we support--symphony, opera, museums, and theater--and we are exceedingly grateful for the transportation to these events that The Clare provides. In addition, we greatly enjoy The Clare’s many activities for residents and the outside programs and performing groups that frequently entertain us at The Clare.

We got a good tour, and what we're looking for is a place where my wife's parents are able to be together, in a case where her father is much closer to nursing care, and her mom needs assisted living. So larger rooms where they can be together are great, as well as the presence of nursing care under the same roof is great. It's also in their extended community and close to Lansing medical care. We looked at the PT area, a workout room, an example of a double room, the cafeteria, and more.

We like the people, everyone is friendly and helpful. Nice facility with lots of nice features. Food quality varies. Staffing and services can be hard to navigate. It is difficult to find out who is responsible for what.

We've been trying to work with my 98-year old dad and get him to move into Independent living. He lives on his own, in a house my grandfather and he hand-built 70-years ago, so he's very reluctant to leave. We know Clarendale would be the perfect spot and solution for him, to not just survive but thrive; but we also must honor his wishes. We've toured the facility 3 or 4 times and everyone we've met (staff and residents) are unbelievable. I cannot say enough good things about Clarendale as a whole, and [name removed], [name removed], and everyone else we've encountered. We're still hopeful dad will one day make the transition, but until then we continue to stay in touch with Lind[name removed]a and the staff. Oh yeah, and the food, the entertainment we witnessed, and the activities available, were all top notch.

Gable Pines has been so supportive. [name removed]actually moves in next Monday, but we've been going over for lunches and dinners. Just trying to get acclimated everybody on staff and residence are so friendly.

I love the move in experience the staff is friendly and helpful I would recommend Clarendale anyone interested in moving to senior living.

Beautiful facility and staff was very kind and helpful. I was there for one visit, so I don't know enough to say much more. Compared to many, it seemed that it was a good value.

Nice experience. Explained everything well. Friendly staff, clean facility. Nice room sizes. At the time of our tour there was no room available for our loved one and we needed a place sooner then they could provide.

Very interesting and great experience. First time looking for relative to be when we take a vacation. Price was reasonable for short stay of 2 weeks or more. The staff was very knowledgeable and residents appeared to be happy.

The memory care staff are wonderful. My family had to worry about anything. 2 years my aunt was there. The staff great care of her. The manger team was always accessible. The residents alway came first. Overall I would highly recommend The Brielle to any family that had a relative need assisted living and memory care

I recently toured the Brielle, and discovered a lovely place that has warmth and charm. The people are sincere and caring, and help you to feel your loved ones will be well cared for. There are plenty of activities and social opportunities as well.

The care was excellent. Management is very responsive. Always something for the residents to do to keep busy during the day. The one price pricing model is excellent. So nice not to way about increases in the middle of the month. A would recommend The Brielle to anyone. My friend's son is now in assisted living at The Brielle due to my recommendations.

We have lived at Danberry for more than 8 years and am so glad we chose this retirement community. We moved here from 2 states away to be closer to family, leaving 20 years of friendships and experiences to find .....what? It's not easy to evaluate BUT do not underestimate the importance of fellowship, friendship, and the ability of the staff to provide activities that allow and encourage those activities. Over the years the number of married couples and single men who have moved into Danberry has increased significantly providing diversity and expanded perspectives. I am particularly appreciative of Danberry giving its residents avenues to "give back". My fellow residents are amazingly talented, and I thought in a retirement community I was going to sit back and enjoy the "fruits of my prior labors". That got boring real quick! Danberry has given me and other residents the chance to share skills with each other. If I do choose, I could be VERY busy.

We joined my aunt for the assisted living Christmas party. The entire event was well organized and the food was absolutely amazing. The staff were attentive and genuinely happy to be present. Their acts of kindness spread joy to the residents and families as we celebrated the holidays together!

Gable Pines felt like home from the moment we entered. The staff were very kind, friendly, and professional. Every staff member we saw during the tour acknowledged our presence with a warm smile and said hello. They were happy to answer all of our questions. The positive energy, warm environment, and friendly faces made us feel right at home during a rather stressful time.

Firstly the Brielle is located in a very unique location. Groundare well kept and beautiful. Memory care staff provide compassionate care. They are always friendly and anywhere the resident goes. They know her name and knowledge her presence.
