The two owners of the company are awesome and very good at what they do. Super friendly and keep me informed. I think the caregivers are great as well. [name removed] is sometimes difficult and they do their best to keep her calm they are very reliable.

Each of the attendants have gone above and beyond in their attentiveness and commitment to caring for my mom. They have also shown so much care for my sisters and I as we get worn down and exhausted. We know we can call them in an emergency and they will do their best to get an attendant to fill the spot we need. Couldn't do this without them. I couldn't have gotten through the last 7 months of caretaking for my parents without their support.

The caregivers who come into our home are a blessing to us. They care; they are respectful; they are givers; they are professional. We have the highest regard for each one. Thanks to Griswold; they listen and respond to any concerns we have.

A little on the high side but worth it. It took a short time to find a great fit for both of us. The home health aide is great. We make things easy for both of us. We talk we laugh and we get things done. I am more than pleased with this agency.

They provided high-quality, caring, amazing nursing assistance to help care for my dad in the last six months of his life. They were always very responsive, always helpful and a great support to myself and my sisters.

They were open to hiring an aide from my previous service who is especially kind and caring. They drive me wherever I need to go. My meds are given on time. My meals are prepared to my specifications and served on time.

The helpers and the management are very good.

It's very helpful that Senior Helpers doesn't have a minimal amount of hours like some companies do. They seem very flexible with scheduling and the helper was incredibly kind to my mom.

Our caregiver was wonderful. Our caregiver came to our home 3 times a week for 4 hours. My husband was cared for in our home. Yes, we would recommend Home Instead - Liberty, MO to other families based on our experience.

5 on everything. We only had one problem just before we left. She filed a complaint against us. Never really understood that. I would recommend your services to anyone in need.

I have had multiple caregivers sent from many agencies and have found I Need An Angel to be the very best! They match their caregivers with the clients needs, wants, and personalities. It is not an easy job. I have been very happy with the caregivers and my office staff always going above and beyond any expectations I could had.

The staff was very responsive in scheduling caregivers and would always communicate with me when they had to substitute. The caregivers were very compassionate, caring and capable.

Rapid response of team. Our father seemed to like the staff that came. I would highly recommend their services to others looking.

I can only speak to ease of seating care. That's where I stopped and others took over. 5 on that. Based on comments from others I would say all was good.

I have been using J and J Homecare for almost a year. My mom lives in an independent living community which encourages their tenants to age-in-place (also amazing—[community removed] ). It is the only agency the apartment managers have invited in-house because they are so responsive. They even have their own office in the building. I started using them because of my mom’s dementia and physical limitations. Although I live nearby, I can’t always be right there for everything. With J and J, I have never worried one single day about my mom. They are always stopping in and checking on her, taking care of anything she needs, from a clothing change/shower/laundry situation to finding her with very low blood sugar and immediately contacting me with the immediate decision to call 911. Their nursing managers are also top notch and amazing and so helpful. I can’t say enough nice things about them. Before I started with J and J, I used to worry about my mom daily. I no longer do.

Home Matters has been terrific to work with in providing care for my husband. The caregivers are kind and supportive with both of us. I know he will be well taken care of while I’m working or running errands.
