They have been wonderful and caring for both mom and dad. The caregivers are experienced and knowledgeable at the same time, offering patience, caring, and compassion.

We love our caretaker [name removed]! She is thorough, thoughtful and reliable! She always keeps me informed. I feel completely at ease when she is taking care of my Mom. I wish there was an easier way for her to change her hours based on her needs and my needs, but that is an administrative task that is not a slight against her.

Had a great experience with Seniors Helping Seniors. Did not feel pressured during initial interview and the workers were very caring. They took my mother in law on outings and followed up on their days off.

I use this agency for my aging mother before she passed. The staff were a reliable, on time, and communicated with us regularly. Over time to stop became part of the family and we still stay in touch. The few times that there were small issues, the management reach that test directly very quickly and the issues were resolved. Best of all was their house-call services. It saved us many long days sitting in the emergency room to get Mom seen due to lack of transportation. I can't recommend Noble Health enough.

Had a great experience with SYNERGY HomeCare. Felt good about the organization right from the initial phone call and with meeting the care providers who came to the home to be with my mother. I was super appreciative that they could make all this happen on fairly short notice in just a few days time, as we were in crisis mode, and they were a godsend. They were dependable, truly care about what they do, and the pricing was reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need.

I worked with [name removed] and his Steadfast team to get care for my mom who is dealing with dementia. We landed with an outstanding staff member who cared for my mom in an amazing way. She was caring and responsive to my mother’s needs and it was so helpful as we lived out of state. She provided updates and concerns and quickly become part of the care team. The office staff was responsive and quickly adjusted to the changing needs of my mom. Worth every penny!

I am the sister of the one being cared for. She receives good care each time the care giver is there. She Is taken to the grocery store and is assisted with help there and in putting away the groceries. Cleans up the kitchen, including stove, dishes and wipes down where needed. Changes bedding. Washed bedding and clothes. Cleans bathroom and takes my sister wherever she wants or needs to go.

They are all 5. We called them and they came that day and started the next day. They called us all the time and gave us updates and we could relax knowing they had him and we didn't need to worry. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

I am a 91 year old man and I had one of the best caregivers from Senior Helpers of Bolingbrook [name removed] was always on time always dressed neat and clean and Very energetic. We would talk sometimes and he became like a little brother to me. If I need Senior Helpers again I will definitely ask for [name removed]. The Co. Synergy was available to help us when we reached out to them except once. We called for someone to help us with some in home care and although it might have been short notice, we were told no one was available at the time we requested. That was not a good experience. I think one of the drawbacks was when we did receive service the time of service was to the minute as far as cost. If the helper stayed 1 to 2 minutes over the schedule time we had to pay extra. And being on a fixed income we thought that was a bit much. I would try their services again if needed. And one last comment was we never got the same person. We always had to start over explaining everything we needed done to the new helper.

As a client, I can honestly say that Home Matters has made a significant difference in my life. From the very beginning, I felt understood and valued. My caregiver doesn’t just help me—they support my independence and bring me comfort. Home Matters has given me safety, reassurance, and a sense of purpose that I had been missing.

Home Instead was fantastic helped me through all the struggles with an elderly parent who needs care and you have to work. They worked with my schedule and the care from the team was exceptional. Everything was explained to me from time to charges and all the care that is provided. I will be forever grateful for the love and care shown to me and my mother when we needed the help. When an issue occurred they dealt with the problem and fixed it.

I was very pleased with the service they provided especially when we had an emergency and need someone quickly for an overnight stay. The aids we’re very accommodating even helping out after my mom moved to assisted living and we no longer needed the service

This company has been great. The workers are compassionate and are skilled as home health aides. The price is competitive and the owner is sensitive to your situation. I would recommend them for home care of a loved one.
