The agency was very prompt in matching my needs to their aides. If I needed an additional service AMA contacted the caretaker to advise them of the change. I had someone during the week and [name removed]on weekends. [name removed]was very caring. and a good listener. She did whatever I asked. If she didn’t know how to cook something, I would give her the instructions and she would be able to prepare it.. I miss her.

Very caring and helpful. My caregiver was very attentive to my needs and supportive of my wife. Iin fact we grew very fond of her. I believe the agency was run very professional and recommend them highly.

From the wonderful people in the office to the incredible caretakers , they were caring and thoughtful taking care of mom for her last few months . I did not have to worry that mom was getting everything she needed while I was at work . They all did so much for her that a thank you would never be good enough . I wish I found them sooner , but at least at the end they were there. Our family will never forget the kindness and compassion they showed to mom and the family. Thank you for being there .

First Light provided an exceptional caregiver to help me cope with my wife’s dementia. The owners and office staff worked like a fine Swiss watch, meeting every need precisely and professionally. I can’t praise them too much.

Home instead has been absolutely wonderful in the care of my father. They are extremely flexible and work extremely hard to pair the care giver to the patient. They are not afraid to make changes if the care givers are not working out. They listen and are in constant contact with the family! We have absolutely loved working with home instead !

The siblings feel that Mom and Dad are able to stay in the home due to careful monitoring. The days we are not with our parents we know they are in safe capable hands. The caregivers see to their needs in a caring way.

There were four family members and the operating director of Cornerstone, who met at our home at three p.m. on [date removed] to find out more about Cornerstone, the services they provide, qualifications of staff, other resources they might know of. The talk was very helpful and we all felt we got the information we needed. We’ve decided to increase the hours we have with our current care provider and with cornerstone. [name removed]

Home Instead provided excellent services customized to our individual needs. The staff were professional, knowledgeable of individual needs based on diagnosis and able to adjust accordingly to difficult situations.

I used a care giver to help me recover from 3 injuries. All of my caregivers were caring, helpful, and courteous. They did whatever I asked of them. This included personal care, cooking cleaning and doing laundry. I would certainly hire them again if I need care

We needed help with our brother who was on oxygen & taking dialysis. He was pretty much bed ridden . The short time we used your services was a good experience.Regretfully he wasn’t with us very long once we required help.
