Synergy was recommended by A Place for Mom. Synergy answered immediately, conducted a brief phone screening and followed with an in home assessment the next day by a Case Manager. We signed the paperwork and care began. The Case Manager was initial POC but later worked directly with Scheduling. There were a few call outs of scheduled caregivers and not all caregivers have a car so Scheduling called me each time. Each time they came through with a replacement but a time or two I was nervous they wouldn’t.
