I love Assisting Hands. I enjoy the help they offer, including their help with things that I am no longer able to do and for fixing wonderful meals, along with the companionship. Best decision I have made in the last few years.

We hired HomeWell Services to assist my 72 year old brother as he needed. He was depressed and unable to care for himself. From day one, they have shown up to get him out of bed, fed, showered, shaved and ready for his day. Management, our care liaison and the caregivers have all been wonderful and have worked hard over the past 3 months to get my brother back on track. Every person involved is flexible and willing to evaluate and introduce new goals. We have been very satisfied with the care given.

I had bad experience with couple of other companies and we found Homewell and we are happy with them. Also their prices are reasonable compared to others. Only thing is one of care giver quit without any notice , but this might happen with any other company.

The person I worked with to set things up was very responsive and made it easy to get services started. He listened to what we needed. I felt like he wanted to make sure all went well. It was easy to modify care hoirs and frequency as needed. The caregiver was kind and punctual. The agency has caregivers experienced with the specific type of care (cognitive issues) we needed.

Everyone they have sent out to sit with my mom have been absolutely terrific! I cannot say enough great things about them! Courteous, friendly and very helpful. The cost per hour is higher than other similar services that I had checked out, but we went with Home Instead because my initial conversation with them was the most professional and knowledgeable and generally understood our needs.

My mother's caregiver was amazing and helped her to regain her confidence and independence after a serious illness. Her being there also allowed by dad the piece of mind to leave the house to take care of things without worrying about my mother's wellbeing.

Amada senior care was the perfect fit for our needs. It was clear from our initial conversations that [name removed] truly cared about providing our family with the right staff for our situation, which required live in care for my brother while he battled lung cancer. Respectful, compassionate, and honest. I would recommends Amada whole heartily.

It was my first time dealing with an agency to assist with care for a family member. My call was answered immediately and a caregiver started within two days of discussing my needs. It was a good experience and I was very pleased with the care given.

They came to our rescue at a very short notice. They provided top notch care providers who were caring and knowledgeable with what our family was going through. Would highly recommend this agency without any reservations.

I live 2.5 hrs from my mother. She is 94, still pretty active but needed some help with her ADL’s. I reached out to Homeinstead and was very pleased with the service! They sent an aide to help my mom for 3 hrs 5 days a week and I was very pleased! My mom loved [name removed]

I am not the type of person to take the time to write reviews but i hope this helps everyone in need of loving and well trained help for your loved family! They are truly amazing they go above and beyond and bonding was very easy with such great staff

Things that I would tell others: 1. I wish that the starting process was made clearer to me: that the we'd work with different caregivers during the first week or so to get the their schedules set and find the right fit for us. 2. To treat the caregivers with respect and gratitude, but to be forthright with the organization when a certain caregiver is not the right fit. (This happened once and it was not a function of the caregiver's kind heartedness, or supportiveness, or politeness.) 3. To double check the customer portal to verify that changes communicated to the admin team were captured correctly.

My contact person is very efficient and friendly. She has been in contact with my surgical team and has set up my staffing to cover 5 day and has made 2 home visits to discuss the process. I am looking forward to my surgery and my help to recover.

We had a wonderful experience with Senior Helpers. [name removed] was our caregiver twice in a row and she was amazing. She’s very trustworthy and reliable. I felt very safe having her take care of my elderly father. I will be using [name removed]and Senior Helpers in the future for sure.

They were there when we needed them. They kept in contact and let me know when they would be there. Certain members were better than others. Gave me some time to get my own stuff done and were patient and helpful for my mom.

We have been with Cornerstone for over a year and it has been a good experience. When our usual caregiver is unable to do it they provide a different a qualified caregiver to fill in. The caregiver does the agreed upon tasks and takes quality care of our mom! They are easy to work with and we truly appreciate them.

Senior Helpers Southaven experience has been good. From the first time I spoke with them until present, there was excellent communication and phenomenal customer service. [name removed] has made the process seamless and comforting to know my mother will receive the best care.
