Home Instead has been incredible for our family. We hired them to provide one-on-one care for my father-in-law at his memory care facility after an infection and back-to-back hospital stays left him extremely weak and at high risk of falling. Their kind, attentive caregivers have prevented him from falling at least five times. Even more importantly, one caregiver noticed that the medications the facility was giving him did not match the list I had provided after his hospital discharge. Her attention led us to discover that his medication list had not been properly updated. We genuinely believe she may have saved his life. Their online portal makes coordinating care easy, and [name removed], the director, is exceptional—responsive, communicative, and always on top of things. They don’t just sit with him. They protect him, advocate for him, and truly care. We are incredibly grateful for Home Instead.

Our experience could not have been better. The office was quick to respond, sent someone out to meet my husband and find out what his needs were. They arranged to have a very caring and personable care giver to stay at our home for a few days while I was out of town. I would not hesitate to call Oxford again for future care needs.

I would highly recommend Care-Free Living at Home. The intake interview was caring. The owner was responsive and sensitive to our needs. Our experience has been positive and ongoing.

We needed help fast and the agencies spoke person was very informative. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to implement care due to a loss. But the follow-through, and organization of this agency was amazing.

Provided great connections to cafegiving agencies so I could keep my loved one at home. They have followed up with me regularly to make sure I am happy with my current situation.

All of the helpers are terrific. No job is too big! They run errands, do shopping, help with cooking and do homemaking chores.

From the first call to set up a meeting through the last the last 18 weeks the communication has been upfront and honest. The company work hard to get the “right fit” for my mom. The service has been helpful with grocery errands and even getting mom to do some exercises.

The staff are always professional and they present a pleasant and clean personality They are punctual and adamant to provide good service. We could not have chosen a better caring service as HOME INSTEAD For our needs.

Home instead workers were very caring, patient and helpful. ALways friendly, never complaining. They cared for my husband and about him. I Would not have been able to care for him any better.

They help with my household chores. They help me bathe and make sure I take my medication. They are always on top of things, and they keep me posted on schedule changes. I like that they take initiative. I think their new hires could receive a little more training on home etiquette.

They communicate well, and the fee is reasonable. The caregivers they send are very nice. I have peace of mind knowing that [name removed] is being checked in every day. They are very kind and personable. They are just easy to get along with. They are always available. If I am not available, they text me. I like that they are consistent, friendly, and helpful. If I don't notify them within three days that I don't need a caregiver, I still get charged. It would be nice if I got 48 hours to notify them.

The services helped with my daughter, who can't communicate. I still had to check in because of the nature of the client. The caregivers treated my daughter like a friend. The office staff has a texting system, so oftentimes I would reach out to them, and they were extremely responsive. They were very accommodating. I appreciated that the caregivers were very comfortable and mature. The girls that came there had long-term career goals.

Excellent staff who fully understand what it is like having someone you love in your family turn into a totally different person after a stroke. They are compassionate as well as very thorough in their care. My husband looks forward each day for them to come. Highly recommend.

I thought I was going to have to put my sister in assisted living facility, but home care and their care givers have allowed my sister to stay in her condo and is doing well as I write this.
