I can only speak to ease of seating care. That's where I stopped and others took over. 5 on that. Based on comments from others I would say all was good.

The Home Matters staff are such compassionate, loving, humans. They always answer their phones, they find solutions, they don't give excuses. They show up, they keep their word. And unlike other companies, they don't bad mouth their competition. They are very professional.

Originally we were at home and needed help. Our third try brought [name removed] into our lives. She provides support and confidence with every visit even though we are now living at [community removed].

[name removed] is patient, thoughtful and cares about his people. He is a strong guy. I highly recommend him, and if you call home matters ask for him. My husband thought dispatch had called and he was off to a fire. [name removed]calmed him down and went to wake me up!

My mom has a caregiver from Senior Helpers 1 time a week and has had this service for about 15 months. My mom can be difficult to deal with due to dementia but she looks forward to the help and relies on them

They did a home visit prior to services to assess safety issues , meet other people in the home and pets. They try to provide the same staff for consistency and very easy to work with scheduling.

Easy to set up. Actual caregiver was good at first but as time went on she became pretty lax with cleaning and helping me with my PT exercises. We ended up terminating their services as I was getting better.

I needed help following shoulder replacement surgery. Right at Home was able to provide someone who was amazing. She took care of all my needs. She took me to appointments, cooked meals, and set up the ice machine. I would use Right at Home again if the need should arise.

Husband was on hospice care and we had reliable caregivers watch him while I ran errands. Also gave me a break to be away for a few hours. Husband had severe pain and he was able to get special massages that decreased his pain better than the morphine did.

Home Matters has been very responsive to my Mother’s needs. The caregiver is has been reliable and trustworthy. They take care of a lot of my Mother’s needs and assist her with day to day activities. Home Matters was very easy to set up the care with, and really listened to what we were looking for in a care service. Once the care began they responded to the changes we asked for and were able to work with us to ensure the proper care was provided for what we were looking for.

Overall a great experience. The caregiving team was compassionate and always strived to do right by my dad and his care needs. In several scenarios, this meant going above and beyond the caregivers usual scope of care. [name removed] and his team were very responsive to our requests.

Had very good experience with Girling Agency. Sent a very helpful person to help with meal prep, housekeeping etc. The aide was very friendly and knew what to do. She even bathed my feet which I could not reach, and cut my hair.

The staff collaboration and prompt professional communication with our family has been terrific. There are many people, relatives & friends and it can be confusing. The staff in office have briefed the incredible in home care givers. Our loved one has not missed a single appointment since the senior helpers have been taking him. I can’t say enough good things to recommend this particular dedicated branch of a great organization. The owner has a commitment to care and her quality of care values are clear in the people she hires to entrust with her mission.

Our caregiver has been providing home assistance to our step father for over 2 months. She is dependable, always displays a kind demeanor and is respectful in her interactions with him. She goes out of her way to prepare food for him, which he really enjoys. Our father is an avid Rummikub player and is absolutely delighted that the caregiver will play the game with him. She is a quick study of people and quickly learned to ''read'' our father to best understand his moods, his likes, dislikes, etc. When family or friends have difficulty convincing our father to do something that is in his best interest, the caregiver is able and, in her unique way, convince him to do the thing we could not. The caregiver is patient and kind which is the ultimate compliment. My family and I are happy with the services that are being provided to our father. Staff in all departments have been kind and readily available if we have any questions or concerns.

I have only talked on phone with [name removed]. She was very gracious and compassionate. At the time we talked we were not at that point yet. Now things have changed. Maybe it could be something to talk again about.

We felt completely supported in our decision to seek assistance for my mom. Our care giver is kind and compassionate and I feel confident that my mom is being cared for and well attended too. The light house work helps my father and myself maintain the home. The process of getting things moving was easy, however, setting up the pay seem to take a couple of weeks.

I am so happy I chose Home Instead. The caregivers they assigned to me are excellent. They are efficient and cheerful. Both are careful drivers when they take me to medical appointments. I couldn't ask for better care. I think it is a great organization.

We are very happy with our caregiver. My wife is very difficult in the shower and it requires patience. My wife doesn't want water on her face or on the top of her head. The office is responsive and meets our needs with scheduling. Our caregiver keeps a log , good and bad.
