I cannot thank Cornerstone enough for the support the last few weeks of my father’s life. The entire team was professional and met my Dad’s needs from day one! I appreciated the flexibility in scheduling since I was evaluating my father’s care needs. I recommend them highly.

Very reliable, starting care was a big decision for me but [name removed] made it easy. Very very friendly, care is so great. I have nothing to compare cost, but for the quality of care it seems reasonable. So far we love them.

The scheduler, [name removed] understands my mother's needs, and always has been very accommodating with those needs. Many of the workers are very kind to my mother and I feel she is in good hands when I cannot be there.

We were very pleased with the service we received from Villi. We only needed “light care” giving for our mom, & on an as needed basis. Villa was perfect for our needs at the time. Mom really enjoyed her care giver for the time she had her.

When I chose A Place For Mom, it was a good fit for the short amount of time she was home from rehab, and then she went back into the hospital. The care manager and the staff assigned to my mom were lovely. When she came back home she required more hands on and more then the agency could provide.

my mom was on hospice and needed a lot of of care. They were the only place that was able to get there the next day and work with all the demands my mom needed. Unfortunately, she passed away the day they were supposed to come, but I would hire them over and over again if I needed them. Very responsive to needs and time constraints.

One thing that makes Villi specialize is, they realize how special your love one is to you. They want to earn your trust. They prepare their resources for their interview with you and the person that matched up for the job knows all the right things say to help you get to know them and feel comfortable your family member is in good hands. They make you feel they got it covered. My Mom was so pleased with her caregiver that I could see a change in her. She was happier and she enjoyed their company. The agency has been responsive to our family requests. The staff have all been professional and kind to my mother. There is always communcaton between the office and home care staff. I can always call and check the status of my mom when I leave.

My husband has been very happy with the caregivers sent to our home. Thay have always been friendly and helpful taking him places he wanted to go. We don't have any complaints. The caregivers use their own vehicle as we only have 1 vehicle that is ours. They have not seemed to mind at all.

[name removed] was great to work with. She helped set up the appointments and made the process very easy. She knew and recommended the person who visited with my mother on several occasions, although I never met her since I live out of town. I'm sure my mother enjoyed the visits, but unfortunately could not recall them. But, I'm very happy that their service is available as an option for our loved ones. Thank you!

The staff at Senior Promise is caring, thorough , and effective. When we had an expected emergency, we suddenly had a need for extra care outside our usual times. The staff stepped up and found providers to meet our needs. I highly recommend this service company.

Senior Key Care was a great agency to work with during my Mom's recovery. Their professional staff placed a perfectly matched individual to help with her day to day needs. The staff was flexible with our appointments and always easy to contact. They made sure my Mom knew that they were not there to take away her independence, but there to assist her during recovery. That gave me piece of mind to know that they were there when I could not be there. I highly recommend Senior Key Care!

I wanted my mother to get established with First Light, as she has moderate dementia, and I thought that if she were established the transition as she progresses would be easier. All three of the ladies that came to the house weekly over a few months were tremendous. We did stop service, but it had absolutely nothing to do with the services that were provided. When the time comes, I will certainly resume services with First Light.

I started using the services of Cornerstone in [date removed]. So far we’ve had a positive experience. I needed a caregiver to help me with my mother. So far, the caregivers have been very friendly and accommodating to my mother’s needs. Thank you!

My mom with dementia needs help with hygienic tasks but is combative. My dad was able to have FirstLight come for several weeks (one day a week) on a trial basis. The nurse did arrive and tried to convince my mother to wash. The nurse was patient and kind, and mostly she and mom talked about "old times." Although the nurse was ultimately unsuccessful in convincing mom to bathe, my dad is willing to try again later. He really enjoyed the reprieve that the nurse provided. The FirstLight policy of pay-as-you-go (instead of signing up for a months-long policy) was perfect in this case.

Always Best Care took good care of us. I was pleased with the level of attention we received. I am thankful that they were able to provide part time assistance to my mother when I could not be there. She enjoyed having them there to help her.

Responsive and reliable. My only disappointment is the inability to book my mom's favorite caregiver. She never seems to be available. I found them to be reliable, responsive and good with follow-up questions.
