Wow, is this a 5 Star Residence!
After my uncle’s fall, we needed a safe and caring assisted living community, and StoryPoint exceeded expectations. The sales representative was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond by referring us to helpful resources. The facility is luxurious, inviting, and feels like home—with private apartments with kitchenettes, and the option to bring personal furniture and pets. The staff is attentive and truly cares, working with families to create personalized care plans. The dining room offers quality meals with choices, infused water, and snacks available daily. There are endless activities, exercise classes, and events that keep residents engaged and active. StoryPoint combines comfort, compassion, and community beautifully. It’s a wonderful choice for anyone seeking a warm, safe environment where loved ones can thrive.

Not a resident focused facility
The sales team is really good, but the follow through with what is promised lacks integrity.
The onboarding and evaluation of our memory care patient was haphazard at best. No real time was taken to determine what our patient needed. Verbal recommendations from family were ignored.
We would hate for anyone who is dealing with a loved one who is suffering from any disease needing memory care to go through this experience.

Haven't had laundry done properly in months.it takes 24-48 hrs for laundry. Revolving door staffing. The business was sold shortly after my parents moved in and they haven't quite got it together yet. The staff used to sit at a desk on each floor. Now they moved into a closed room not easily available to staff or residents. The desks all sit empty now

Sometimes due to staffing, meal service is slow; would like to see lunch and dinners start at 11 and 4 respectively. The concierge staff is great! More daily activities are needed and staff should do more to encourage residents to attend.
