Initially there was definite lack of knowledge, disorganization & inexperience by finance officer & staff. Director showed a shared room, but did not prepare the resident who came out with walker yelling his prior bad experience. Room had urine odor & dirty. We were given another room to see and again the resident was unprepared. He was kind, bedridden, on hospice, and waiting to die. The room was filled with his things, clean but inappropriate. Eventually things were settled and for 2 months all went well. Third month our family member died after being moved to hospice care. Staff was helpful however, money owed before death was never received. No calls returned, referred # errors. They did not really care, only wanted money.
