White Oaks Memory Care of McHenry has great communication and we really like the overall personal care that comes from the staff. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to others and have already!

Empathy for what I was dealing with, did not pressure deadlines on me, reasonable proximity to my house. Clean and bright. We picked this community because it was clean, bright, size of room,and the entrance fee less than some others.

Everyone was extremely friendly. With the activities - non applicable. Mom did not participate because of her eyesight. Based on other places, Heritage Woods was more cost effective for us. We would not have been able to afford the other places. We would recommend this community to other families.

The staff team that works at Glasswater Creek community was very helpful. The meals that were prepared for the residents were good. Overall it was a great experience for our loved one considering it was a stressful and difficult time

I toured Heritage Woods of Dwight during my search for a new Assisted Living facility for my loved one. This facility is much nicer than the facility that my loved one is in now! I even spoke with some of the residents who live here and they were all very happy. I plan on moving my loved one to this facility.

Our mother has been living at Oak Hill for 2 years and we are very happy with the care she receives. The staff is very attentive and friendly with her and us. The residents are all very friendly and sociable. The building and grounds are very well maintained.

This is a beautiful clean senior community. The staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable. They are very familiar with the Illinois Financial Assistance program which can be used in this community.

Grand Prairie is a beautiful community. It is very clean, modern, and offers several nice apartment lay outs. The staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable. They are very informed on the Illinois Financial Assistance Program through Medicaid.

The reason we gave the meals and dining service an overall 3 out of 5 is due to the fact that the food is usually cool or cold when it is served to the residents. Other than that it has been great and we would recommend White Oaks of Spring Street to other families..

What our family likes the most about the Heritage Woods of Noblesville is the overall friendliness of the staff members working there. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

I walked thru the community and liked what I saw. Staff and residents were friendly and welcoming .Apartments are great and will be perfect for my parents when they are ready to move

I highly recommend this assisted living. The saff is amazing from the front office all the way down to the cna and kitchen staff. Everyone is willing to go above and beyond and work so well together as a team. I couldn't be happier with Brookstone.

Very knowledgeable and caring staff. Modern updates, something to do for everyone. My mom seems to like it there and is adjusting very well. Staff has been very helpful in getting her adjusted and in a routine due to her dementia. Highly recommend

Amazing and wonderful place! The staff here are the best and look after everyone so well! I am so thankful my parents live here now! The food is amazing, and my parents are very happy. I feel safe and comforted knowing that the care I wanted to give them and can't, they are receiving at the Independence Village of Greenwood.

My loved one is currently a resident at Brookstone Of Mattoon North. Overall, the experience has been great so far. The facility is very clean. Everyone here is very nice and caring. My loved one has complained about the food, though. There's not a good selection, the portions are very small and the food is not good tasting. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and care services are also great. I would recommend this facility to others.

This facility is very close to my home. Visiting is very easy. Food is good. Good variety. Nice courtyard with rockers. Makes visiting your family in warm weather a nice change. My mother enjoys sitting outside. There is a large shade tree in the center of the courtyard. It’s a nice green space. The director of Independence Village is a wonderful man who wears many hats and works long hours and is devoted to this facility.
