Mom is THRIVING....I'm forever grateful!!!
My mom has been at Provision a little over a year and she is thriving!
I would highly recommend sending families in need of care for their loved ones here....they take the time to explain any and all questions one has....they are not pushy...they allow you to "breathe" through the process...they ALWAYS return any emails or phone calls ....my mom was in really bad shape when she entered into their care....within a month she had gained weight and was thriving! I believe that placing her with the staff saved her life! I am so grateful to them for the care she receives which has allowed me to be able to try and gain back some sense of normalcy in my own life! I will be forever grateful for ALL of the staff!!!

inadequate resident oversight (elderly male w/ history of UTIs left without water or attention for hours)
If you want adequate care for your loved one while in residence at Provision Living, hire an agency caregiver to be with him/her during waking hours to ensure meds are administered on time and to ensure adequate hydration. Too many residents to too few staff.

Highly recommend
Honestly, I don't remember getting any feedback regarding the meals. Also, we didn't get involved in the activities but I knew a good deal was going on. In regards to the cost, I don't know what the judge that on as we did not have any similar experiences previously. Overall, my father was quite pleased with the facility and the staff

Our new family
All are a 5. What our family likes the most about Provision Living is the staff. The staff has been great, tends to all my dad's needs. They have a lot of activities for him if he chooses to do them. He likes his meals. Based on the experience we have had, we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

our Provision Living Experience
I moved mom from there to vineyards after a few months. Lack of staffing, no operating van the entire time for external trips or activity. She has since passed. Provision just had some bugs to work out bring a new location. Staff were very kind and cared. Apartments are very nice and lots of light.

I was super impressed with the community overall. The administrator of the community was phenomenal and surround herself with great staff.
The community had lots of activities for the residents to participate in. There was live music, games, and more to name a few activities available.
The community let us know that they were waiting on a passenger van to arrive during our stay.
