They were very caring and supportive. We never had any issues with cleanliness. The staff were great. They genuinely cared and went above and beyond for my dad. He was not very social and they worked hard to help him integrate into the community. We had no issues with the quality of care. They catered to my dad dietary needs and gently insured he didn’t stray when he could no longer balance his diabetes meal needs and help us avoid having to start insulin. Even adding sugar free ice cream to the menu for a wile and helping him with diabetic sage snacks we stocked in his room. [name removed] went out of her way to keep my dad involved in the activities even adding some of the games and activities he was used to from his previous situation and teaching other residents so he would have people to play rummycube with. We found the costs to be fair for the services and care.
