The facility is conveniently located and is in a safe location across the street from a nursing and rehab facility and just down the street from a cancer treatment facility. Administrative staff are fairly easy to get hold of by phone, email, or text and are easy to get to. Dining room staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Staff is very friendly and seem genuinely caring toward its residents.

Brookstone was a great place for my dad he ended up at North Hills for a bit and they were fantastic! He died during his stay at NorthHills and they were just awesome after he passed, very caring and helpful, There were a couple of people at Brookstone that were very helpful and caring with my dad, but there did seem to be lots of turnover there.

There have been several different Managers and owners of Brookstone, which means different payment methods required and also means more time figuring out new payment methods. Staff is very nice. Housekeeping didn't check the fridge daily and it had rotten food in it. The toilet had a leaking seal and wasn't fixed until I saw it ,smelled it and brought it to their attention. Also the bathroom wasn't cleaned regularly, as promised. Because of all of those things, the room smelled horrible and I had to go to Management. The move in was simple, me and a cart. The meals are fair and desserts are really good. I recommend the facility. I think that if I lived nearby and was able to visit regularly, the housekeeping issues would have been resolved earlier.

I would highly recommend! We feel like our dad is in the best place he could be. He loves the food and he is taken care of very well. I have recommended it to a few others, as the need arises, and one referral actually ended up choosing it. Also several of my friends parents or relatives have been or are there now.

I was in a difficult situation and they provided the respite care I needed for my father quickly and compassionately. I would recommend to others. Staff is very caring. Compassionate and patient.

My father is in their memory care and while he can be argumentative the staff members are patient and work with him as best as they can. They are better when him than I am .

The staff is very friendly and helpful, but sometimes too timid. Mostly lovely Marshallese people. They are very caring and capable. With my father's Dementia, they need to tell him instead of ask, such as today is your shower day, not do you want a shower. Let me help you to the bathroom instead of do you need to use the restroom. The meals are good quality and there's a nice selection of choices for each meal. The activities are lacking, but the Activities Director tries hard to provide opportunities. Dad's room is usually clean, however I've been known to clean the bathroom on their off days. It is cleaned by them once a week or as needed. There has not been much need for communication, as I am here with him 4-7 days a week. I would recommend this facility to others. There are some residents who have been here 7-15 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They are happy and very content with their care.

We toured Brookstone and it was number two on our list of top choices. If my loved one's Dementia progresses, we will probably move her here. The assistant that I worked with during the tour was very nice. I spoke with the Director by phone but he never followed up with us.

Based on our experience with Brookstone we would recommend this community to other families.

This was a nice community, it was more expensive then we wanted.

I think everything they promised us in the beginning has been true. They did not have an activities director for a while and I think that was detrimental because there were not many group things offered during that time. They have since hired someone new though and seems to be doing a great job.

The staff are very kind, and the prices are affordable. He's close to his doctors office and the amenities are a great bonus. Overall, they provide good care, good prices, good location, and good staff. Overall, I am very happy with our experience.

Our tour with The Brookstone went great! The people who we met with were wonderful and answered all of our questions. Unfortunately, they just did not have the type of care that my loved one needed and so the facility did not match what we were looking for.

Overall the facility is very clean. It's updated. The apartments are a nice size, and they're very well maintained. The staff is responsive and caring. I really have no complaints whatsoever. My mom loves her apartment. It's in a beautiful setting, and it's a large apartment with lots of natural light. She really feels at home there.

We have been very happy with our experience with Brookstone Assisted Living.

There has been a lot of turn over which has made a lot of changes in the community. It is hard to get a relationship going or getting to know someone when there is so much turn over and change in staff. My loved one is happy that we are at this facility as opposed to other facilities. She is as happy as she has been through this whole process. If there is some more stability with the staff and the ability to create a routine things would be even better.

The Pinnacle has a cottage type vibe and I really liked it, it seems homey. It is a beautiful facility and I really liked the girl I spoke to initially. She was not able to be there during the tour due to a family emergency so the staff did not know that I was coming. The staff to patient ratio here seemed low which made me nervous.

You have to judge the facility for yourself. Room sizes are adequate, The food is average but they do have a variety. The grounds are well maintained and they do have a place for folks to go outside. I would recommend this community.

They have had a lot of turnover rate, which we believe it is probably due to COVID. For the two months we were able to visit, it is just adorable it is probably one of the warmest and coziest places we have seen. The women at the front desk are wonderful, and the value is phenomenal. Our loved one loves the staff and she has a favorite care giver that she sees at night. From our understanding the care services seem fine. The moment our loved one needs anything they are very quick to communicate with us. Our loved one does enjoy their pet therapy day,
