I am thrilled to be here. Best decision I made in years. Staff is great. You won't find a better group. Monthly exercises are reasonable and value is high. Other residents have become a second family.

I definitely find the staff friendly, helpful, and caring. The dining area is attractive and the food is very good and nicely presented. I have not used the transportation service, but appreciate that it is availible. I feel Novel Place is a good value with many amenties. This is surely a new lifestyle for me, and I'm finding this a happy place, and [name removed] is feeling more at home each day.

Exactly what we were looking for. Clean, friendly, active environment.

This is a great place if your loved one can get up and walk and do a lot of things for themselves. I've only been able to visit twice since we moved in during Covid. Everything that I could see looked clean. It's been hard not getting to see very much of anything firsthand. The care seems to be good based on the phone calls I have with them. They all seem like they're really on top of things. The staff that I've met have been great, and very helpful. Right now they're basically bending over backwards to care for my loved one, even though they're not equipped to handle higher care needs. It has been just amazing. I have to give them a thumbs up on everything really. I've found it to be an affordable place. I just wish my loved one was able to take advantage of everything they offer She took a downhill turn and hasn't been able to experience it fully.

They have done above and beyond during covid. The community is clean and it doesn't smell. The community was upfront with what they could do and have done an amazing. They also said that when the time comes they can help with Medicaid. I would recommend this community to others

Our mom and dad are extremely happy and comfortable at Azpira. From the administration to the cleaning crews all are warm, loving, kind and patient. I visit a couple times a week and each time there are activities taking place, many which I would love to join in! The nursing staff goes out of their way to make our parents feel independent as well as monitors their prescriptions. Unfortunately my mom’s health is failing quickly, the extra personal assistance Azpira has provided to her is above and beyond. Our parents feel so special living at Azpira! A must visit!

For Mami. Beautiful, loved it. Very clean, wide hallways, big bathrooms, bright, cheery, everyone smiling and friendly. Toured during lunch and food smelled yummy. Smaller size makes it more homey. Has some ** Supportive Living **

The place is beautiful and clean. It has a very homey feel, in fact, my mom has been there a short time and she is already calling Azpira home! I feel she is safe and comfortable. The food is delicious! I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and caregivers. There are plenty of activities and outings. The director tries to engage the residents and get them involved. They provide a monthly calendar filled with daily activities. I would definitely recommend this community, in fact, I even hear from others who have moved their loved ones into Azpira Place Lake Zurich and they also have wonderful things to say!

I like this community for care. the staff is outstanding and very attentive. The community is one level and that is what we wanted for her to be able to get around the community. They do have activities for the residents. The menu is appealing and she is happy with the nice variety. We would recommend this community for the care and the value of a loved one. We liked that this community was close to home so that we are able to visit often

I can not say enough good things about my tour of this community, the staff was excellent and the building is just beautiful. I was amazed at the size of the bedrooms and all of the wonderful amenities they had to offer. There was lots of storage space as well as natural light through the entire apartment. Overall I was very impressed with this place and plan to move my mom in here very soon.

I'am pleased with this community and everything they have done for us. The only thing I would say that needs improvement is the food. The meals taste bland, they need more flavor. The staff is great, they are helpful and courteous. There are activities offered for the residents. I know she is being cared for well. They have been very responsive to my concerns. They have provided us with great service. I would recommend this community.

Both my mother and father have dementia and have lived in this community for about 9 months so far. We find the staff highly professional and caring to the people that live here. I highly recommend this community for your loved ones. The nursing staff and administrators are also highly professional and caring. They are excellent to work with.

I am so glad that we decided that our best friend Pati should live in an awesome community as this. The staff is always so helpful. It is nice and clean and they have wonderful residents. You are all awesome.

I looked at them strongly, they actually worked with our budget, they kind of found a way budget wise to get my parents in there but then they did an assessment on my dad and said they couldn't take him so I was very disappointed. They're actually talking to me now and they want to re evaluate dad, I don't think his behavior was as bad as it was when they first looked at him, he definitely has dementia, he's definitely confused, but he's not aggressive. It would be nice because then my parents could be together.

[name removed] is adjusting. He's used to me being there for him everyday so I've limited my visits so he can get use to their routine. The personnel at the Summit have been wonderful. [name removed] might not agree but I believe it's because he has to get use to a new routine which I believe is a good thing.
