Great place!
Terrebonne Place has a professional and friendly staff. There is a welcoming environment with helpful
personnel. There are penty of activities to keep residents active and to allow them to enjoy each other's company. The routine meal schedule is very helpful, and the location is very safe.

The best decision for Mom!
My mom loves where she is. Everyone is so friendly and they all treat her well. We are all glad we were able to find a place like this to care for mom, as she has Dementia. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families!!! I toured 3 facilities in our area. Terrebonne Place was the best. I have never regretted the decision. Mom is very happy there, and is well cared for.

Trustwell Living has good people and we would of course recommend them to other families! Our loved one has now passed and as hard as this was to navigate it was a blessing our paths crossed with Terrebonne Place! No place is perfect, you have to stay vigilant no matter where you place a loved one! Terrebonne Place strives to improve; they listen and they take action!

I would definitely recommend Trustwell Living at Terrebonne Place to other families. The staff is very friendly and easy to communicate with. The caregiver personnel are also friendly and diligent. I think my mom is getting good care from people who do care about her well being. My mom likes the food and the caregivers. I think Trustwell Living at Terrebonne Place is the right fit for my mom.

Highly Recommended
I love this facility! My sister is comfortable here and I'm comfortable with her being here. The staff is very friendly and treats you like family. Communication with the family is good, the staff is very informative. The food is good quality and good variety. They offer a good variety of activities and also offer transportation. Housekeeping is once or twice a week and very good. I would absolutely recommend this facility to family and friends.

Very pleased with Mom's care here
I toured 3 facilities while looking for a place for my Mom. Terrebonne Place was the first I visited, and I found myself comparing the other 2 to it. The others could not compare. From the moment I walked into the door, Terrebonne Place stood out. It is beautiful, has very friendly staff, smells fresh, and most importantly, I saw staff engaged with the residents. At another facility, the staff was playing on their cell phones. The staff are so welcoming! They call mom by name, and it is obvious they truly know her!! She participates in several activities each day and has housekeeping and laundry once a week. The trash is removed from each resident's apartment daily. This is the reason Terrebonne Place smells so fresh and clean when walking through the main entrance. We did have one staff issue. Someone had not put a needed item in mom's Care Plan that was discussed at staffing. After multiple complaints, Nurse [name removed] and [name removed], PR addressed the problem and it was immediately resolved. Apparently, I was complaining to the person who had not addressed the problem in the first place. All good now. We are very pleased with Mom's care at Terrebonne Place. As far as recommending Terrebonne Place to others, I already have!

Enlivant is terrible
The local leadership is kind and as helpful as they can be. Enlivant, the corporation that owns them, is trash. When we moved my dad in, we setup automatic billing-- $[removed] from his Social Security, the balance monthly from my account.
I had already ignored the myriad COVID lockdowns, the lack of staffing the huge effort to request any type of service.
In July of this year, I found fraud in my account. The bank made me close the account and open a new one. In the process, I realized Enlivant had not taken a payment since March. I kep trying to contact corporate to update the information. Three different customer service numbers provided to me by the facility were not in service. I was headed out of the country for two weeks and had to table fixing it since the local facility wasn't empowered to change the account for me.
By the time I returned, Enlivant had marked April, May and June as NSF. They canceled all automatic billing and let the account go further behind!

Amazing staff
We chose Terrebonne Place because of the location, the friendliness of all of the staff, and the quality of care that they provided. The staff bends over backwards and they are fantastic. They are accommodating, want to help you in any way they can, and want to make the transition as smooth as possible for your loved one and the family. My siblings and I are not local so that was especially helpful having a staff that was so accommodating. I would highly recommend the facility. Our experience so far
The location of Terrebonne Place is great for our family which is very helpful. Some of the things that we were promised in the beginning have not been worked out yet. Our main disappointment is that they said they would have mass daily/weekly and they have not done that yet.

Not for diabetics
The main thing is that they are not geared to help diabetics at all which was a huge problem for us. Their menus did not even give options for diabetic choices. She went downhill the whole time that she was here. When I tried to speak to them, no one took the responsibility and they would just pass the book. It was a nightmare and I would not recommend them to others, it was the worst condition I had ever seen her in.
