All apartments have spacious closets and a large, wheelchair-accessible bathroom complete with safety railings and a walk-in shower.</p>
<p>For those in recovery or who just want to experience life at The Waterford before making a long-term commitment, this community offers short-term respite stays. Residents must stay for a minimum of four weeks, where they will reside in a private, furnished apartment and receive full access to the community’s amenities, services, and activities.</p>

<p>The Waterford at Plymouth is a <em>community based residential facility (CBRF)</em>, which in the state of Wisconsin is a facility that provides care, treatment, and other services to five or more unrelated adults who need supportive or protective services or supervision. CBRFs are limited to those who do not require care above intermediate nursing care or more than three hours of nursing care per week. CBRFs are categorized by size, the resident's ability to evacuate, and disability/condition or status.</p>
