Our families experience
Their staff are caring towards the residents and know how to care for each different resident. They offer healthy meals and do offer a list of substitutions. It is expensive, but we would recommend The Ganzhorn Suites to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

Caring Home for Mom
Ganzhorn has been our mother’s home for awhile, and has become part of our extended family. The staff knows each resident-their likes, dislikes, smile buttons, and the friendships between residents. Ganzhorn holds weekly Happy Hours with live music, which are very popular family gatherings, as well as pet therapy sessions, art sessions, and other activities. The living space is open, sunny, inviting, and has access to a garden for soaking up sun and fresh air. This has been a wonderful, caring, safe home for Mom.

Quiet, Peaceful, Supportive Care
99% people here are extremely helpful and friendly. There are some staff that will go out of their way to assist with my loved one's care and getting for them and accommodating the family's requests as well. There are times that I have to remind them to do housekeeping for my loved one, along with some maintenance requests. They send texts and emails with pictures of my loved one participating in activities.
This is the best community I have seen around the area.
There are all types of meals served each day. The resident is able to request on demand meals as well, any type of meal.
The community is very clean and there is never any smell to it when visiting.

Early onset Alzheimer patient enjoying activities and happy at Ganzhorn
A dear friend for whom I am trustee moved into Ganzhorn Suites just before the close down for Covid 19. Even with this not allowing visits, they are very responsive to Facetime calls and being to see her outside through the window. She is very happy when I talk with her and she really enjoys the activities. She had a birthday soon after the shutdown but they allowed us to drop off a birthday cake and have Facetime Happy Birthday wishes. All the staff I have interacted with have been wonderful, responsive, and caring.
We feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to have our friend join the Ganzhorn Community. If she had remained at home, the care would have been a major financial strain. I find the cost is not more per month than having 12 hour care givers, food, house costs, etc. And she is younger with early onset Alzheimers and has several women as friends in her unit.
I would definitely recommend this Memory Care Unit for anyone who is interested!

Beautiful Community !!
I absolutely love this community and everything they have to offer my father. They have a beautiful courtyard and sun room for all the residents to enjoy as well as spacious common areas. The environment feels open and I like that it does not feel like everything is locked down. He has been enjoying the meals as well as some of the other activities. I could have not asked for a better place for him to live and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Outstanding. care
The care at this community is very. The staff are caring helpful to her needs. The varieity of the meals is outstanding and she is happy with the variety. They do offer activities for the residents who want to participate diffent things to help them stay active.
