So much thought has gone into here. They truly care about everyone that comes through the door. Healthy, Happy Place
I'm a musician and perform regularly at many senior living communities throughout West Michigan.
This gives me a unique view and opportunity to make some comparisons. What I notice about Story Point Grand Rapids is the very healthy, relaxed culture. The residents seem happy and the interaction between staff and residents is upbeat, warm and genuine. I would be very comfortable to have any of my loved ones be a part of this community!

StoryPoint West is OUTSTANDING!
The staff has been respectful and happy to assist my folks at all times! The only reason they left is due to their financial situation. I also found the staff to be wonderful to work with and we all were very very sad to leave. Call out to [names removed]! And SO MANY OTHERS!!!
I know my folks would have REALLY wanted more space in the 1BR. This was a source of angst from my step mom. But, it was normal size for 1BR's I've had. Frankly they had too many treasures that sat out and took up space. I would recommend to others that they get involved with people and things outside their apartment!!
The amenities were great. Plenty of available washer/dryers available.

I think that the staff is awesome here and very sincere. If there is a place for some improvement it would be in the menu, what I've heard from some residents is it could use more variety. Most miss the actual kitchen and going to commercial food. I understand cost and waste etc. but maybe a resident choice paper would help. You have a great facility keep up the good work.

Seems like a really great place
