Highly recommended.
Everyone on every level of staff was extremely helpful, supportive, kind, and welcoming. I felt at home there as did my boss who was trying to accept his new "normal". The facility was clean...CLEAN! No smells or overpowering cover up of smells, I was very impressed with the entrance and comfort of the place as a whole. The residents were out and about walking around and actually doing the activities, which were catered towards all ages and stages of adulthood.

A nice place fir your mom or dad
What we like the most about Provision Living is that the community isn't huge and is on one floor, which is nice for my mom to get around. Staff are really friendly, accommodating, and very patient. Residents are also really nice and welcoming. Yes. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I just ended my employment at Provision Living of Fenton. Every weekend I had to deal with complaints from family members regarding their loved ones. Everything from missed medications, to sitting in urine soaked clothes. Wouldn't put my family member in here ever. Poor, poor management!!

Beautiful facility with very good daily care employees, disappointed with lack of help from Dr and referrals
Beautiful facility good room setup.
My mom really liked the people who took care of her needs daily- good people.
I gave it a 3 overall because they really hyped the medical care aspect. Although my mom was weak with heart failure- they did not assist at all finding her a new cardiologist locally, or finding her a family practitioner. We had to do this all on our own ; it was very difficult because we were new to the area.
I would make sure people who need specialized care know this going in.
The doctors they say are present to serve the residents are very scarce- kind of a total scam with saying that. My mom died a month after moving in. She did not get the medical maintenance we were led to believe- whether we were snowed or had a misperception would be up for debate.

Great care for your loved one
Great staff and great programs offered at Provision Living at Fenton.
The room sizes in memory care are appropriate for one person. They also have a large common area.
I would recommend this facility without any reservations.

Our Families experience
We give them a 4 overall, not due to the facility but due to the limitations in nursing care. Limitations set by the State. However, it is a lovely place. Staff professional and very loving and considerate of clients. They offer many activities for clients and families. They always assist families and encourage clients and family participation.

I would say it's the best and I researched them all. Love the one straight hallway with only 16 rooms. Staff always 2 or more. Showers for privacy in residents rooms. So many other goods.

The people were amazing!
My loved one came here for a respite stay and they were awesome!
The facilities are all on one level and basically like in a huge circle - the staff is extremely helpful and everyone I came in contact with was very personable right up to the director.

Very nice facility and compassionate care
It was very clean and open, people are all very nice. Employees mostly all sincere.
It was a bit more difficult to get dr and cardiology care/ referrals set up- the medical care was mostly on your own. This was difficult because we were coming from up north.
The level of care my mom needed was expensive, however I am sure you probably get what you pay for. The care and food at provisional was way better than our previous facility.

Highly recommend Provision Living
We chose Provision Living at Fenton over other places that we looked because the staff were able to answer all of my questions, they knew all the residents by name and would ask them about their life. They also remembered details about me during follow up visits which is something that really stuck out to me.
The staff doesn't just care for their residents, they also care for the families too.

LOVED this facility
I toured this facility and I LOVED it! When I arrived, there was a sign that said "Welcome Family of [name removed]. A nice personal touch! The receptionist even sat with me and discussed how difficult the decision must be. I had a hard time not choosing them, but took into consideration the rest of the family and the convenience of visiting. I'm serious when I say I LOVED this facility!

Very clean, caring and professional staff. They interact well with the patients and their families:). At first, not good communication but, within a week and 2 meetings all was set. Now she is in hospice comfort care. Confined to a wheelchair and bed with fallmat. Anything she needs is spot in through Angels to Angels hospice. Their communication is spot on and she has the best care all around!

The food service at the community is poor. The food information that is available is in small font on the wall, and this makes it difficult for the residents to read. The residents don't have all the options available to them. The family has talked with the chef and management about our concerns, and nothing has been done about our suggestions for the menu and more about the food service.
The staff and residents at the community are very friendly. There have been issues with medication management, and we aren't sure if this is due to my loved one's health condition or due to staffing concerns.
I had referred someone and the individual moved in and this individual also had issues with the community.
There are daily activities for the residents to engage with, and they have a variety of options.

They truly care about their patients and are good at what they do. Increased charges were the only problem.
They've taken great care of my family member. The staff is amazing. The nursing and care staff are friendly. They love my family member, and she loves them. The only problem I've had is that the charges have gone up dramatically since she moved in. It's hard to understand how she could qualify for entry level care going in and then be moved to memory care within a couple of months. I understand part of that was due to the fact that she walked out of the facility on one occasion. It's just a difficult situation.
