Overall, it needs some improvement
I am kind of disappointed in what I found since I got here. First thing I chose reunion ct of Kingwood because if I ever needed assisted living, it's over on the next building, when I came here they told me they sold it.
2- they had told me they there was weekly housekeeping, now it's only every other week ( big disappointment, and they don't do a great job)
The outer bathrooms are almost always dirty.
The hallways and dining room are cold,
The dining room for the meals first they waited on us people complained it was to slow so they went to buffet style , the line was to long, now they call our table individually to come up and get our food , it's total
[name removed] chaos in my opinion. None of the residents like it either.
They have weekly Townhall meetings, but they ask us for our opinion, but they don't listen. Anyway our opinions they don't do very well. They do what they want. The food is always cold. They don't let us decide what we want to eat. Lots of people don't like the food and they leave it. they use spices too much. We told him not to, but they're doing anyway It's total different situation than I thought it would be for all the money that we are paying we should get better service
other , than that I guess it's an OK place to live.

Horrible place- no stars
If you care about your love one., this is not the place for them. They put in a good front of how wonderful this place is when you visit and once you are in there, it is a nightmare. They have no bedside manner or communication with the outside family. If you decide to place your love one here I suggest installing camera in the love one room so you can see this for yourself. My parent had multiple falls in there room and no response sometimes to find them 2 hours later on the floor. The CNA have no communication what happening from one shift to another. Multiple times of double diapers so they don't have to change the sheets if the are wet. Multiple UTIs and bruises. When my parent passed no compassion from this facility directors. My honest opinion is this place should be shut down. They will try to charge you to the highest care plan but not follow the care plan. Plus what threw me over the edge was a care staff changing my parent and putting the dirty diaper on their tray table th

My loved one was previously a resident at Reunion Court of Kingwood and the overall experience at this facility was good. The friendliness and the care services were good. However, they need to get their dining experience more consistent. Overall, I would recommend Reunion Court of Kingwood to others.

Great for Respite Break
I wasn't there for any activities. The only downside was they were supposed to wash his clothes. They were all piled up in a urine soaked pile when they thought he was being discharged. They washed some not all. There was no theft. Based on the experience we had with Reunion Court we would recommend them to others, they are the best out there!

My brother is a resident at Reunion Court of Kingwood and the overall experience has been mostly good. The food service is not as good, but my brother is able to prepare meals for himself in his apartment.

Facility Staff are very understanding regarding individual's condition and financial situation. Housekeeping keeps things impeccably clean. Communication is great. The move in was very accommodating, since Dad not have a bed yet. They provided one along with a cabinet for his few belongings. I was truly amazed by the whole move in experience. The meals are definitely healthy ones. I most certainly would recommend this facility because pretty much all staff are available to meet and speak with.. even I would want to reside there when get much older! It definitely feels like Home!

My loved one is a resident at Reunion Court of Kingwood. Everyone at this facility is very friendly. The cleanliness and quality of care are very good. The only suggestion for improvement that I have would be to actually have more activities. They are advertised, but they do not actually happen. Otherwise, this facility is a great overall value. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Staff has been wonderful.
Meals are the only thing my dad complains about. Not his favorite. Yes 3 meals a day and he does get choices.

A very convenient and tranquil place to live
I was positively impressed at the initial visit to this facility. The apartment space and facility location were perfect. My loved one is very happy with the weekly housekeeping service. All in all, it is a very convenient and tranquil place to live.

My Tour Experience at Reunion Court of Kingwood
The campus was very nice. The food was good. My loved one needed more care than what Independent Living could provide. The Assisted Living apartments were smaller than we wanted and not as many activities for the residents.

Perfect Place for Loved One
They are all amazing, including the staff. They always help my loved one. There is no complaints, other than the soup and salad, could be better. The nurse is super amazing. Overall, they have it all together at this facility.

The thing that I really disliked about Reunion Court of Kingwood that drove us away right off the bat was that if your loved one needs physical therapy, in order to get to it you had to cross a parking lot that was uncovered. If it was hot or raining, residents would have a very hard time getting there. It was just not going to work out for our needs.
