Facility staff was very helpful in establishing father in facility. I've had some issues with facility procedures that were not explained beforehand ( e.g. scheduling transportation for medical appointments, hiring someone to accompany patient if family not available, etc.) Facility very clean. Therapy staff excellent. Only issue is having to hire additional personnel to stay in patient's room for added supervision when patient was noncompliant. The cost of this was 4X the monthly facility fee. My father complains constantly about the food. Good variety of activities. Overall very happy with Ashton Grove.\n\nFriendly and caring staff. Facility is spotlessly clean and odor-free. I would definitely recommend to a friend or other family members. I would also encourage friends and family to get in touch with A Place for Mom.
