The staff are great. The food is not. Dining hours are too short. If you're not there right away the waitresses disappear and you don't get served. The rooms are nice, the kitchenette is a nice size.

My brother likes living there. Sometimes in the hall on 1st floor there is a urine smell but it looks clean the rest is usually very nice and clean. Some times he has to wait but they are always nice to him

Maidencreek is very engaged with my parents and try’s to make their transition easier. So far (my parents have been there for three weeks) their staff has kept me up to date on their progress. I like that all their medical and emotional needs is right on site.
