We had a very nice tour with Shelby Gardens Place. The facility is great and it is in a good location.

This community is excellent. I would recommend to go there. The staff are excellent also. I cant say enough positive things about this place.

We have been very impressed from the start and would definitely recommend Brompton Heights to others. They activities offered to the residents have been great.

We liked how the community when our loved one was there was fairly new. We liked all the amenities they offered and all the different types of levels of care for the residents.

Everything and everyone we have dealt with so far has been super, and we have had no complaints when it comes to the friendliness of the staff and their care services. In the beginning when our loved one was eating in the dining room every so often, she said the meals were fabulous. They would make anything she wanted if she didn't like what they were serving. However our loved one broke her hip and is completely bed ridden. The outside care services they have brought in to help with her care is completely on top of everything. They do a great job keeping us in the loop and help make decision regarding our loved ones care.

Our tour was very good. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We really liked them, and they were one of our top choices. It was just way too expensive.

This community seems very home like. The sales staff was nice over the phone and answered my questions and concerns. The building is under renovations but seemed nice. The activities director showed a variety of activities and outings each week. The food menu looked good and had two options. The price is high for the size of the rooms.

They have anything you want. They have food available 24 by 7. I would recommend you check out the community. They have a chef on staff. You have a menu you can order from. They have Hershey’s ice cream you can have. The head nurse and how she catered to my loved one they got sick stand out. They have a flat fee for all the care, no matter how much care your loved one needs. This community is privately owned and I was able to get a hold of the staff whenever it was needed.

Any questions or concerns I have, they always address them. I got my loved one a cell phone, and a lot of the time she doesn't remember how to use it or she accidentally turns the ringer off. But they're really good about having her call me when I can't get through to her. They've been really nice about that. I've meet the ladies who clean the rooms once a week, and they're always open to questions about if she needs supplies like paper towels and things. When I've been inside myself, everything has been nice and clean, including the bathroom, the kitchen sink, the refrigerator. And they do her laundry. Shelby Gardens has a great activities director who keeps the residents busy. She prints out what they're doing that day and at what time. That way anybody who would like to participate can do so. They've hatched baby ducks, planted vegetables outside, painted, and done crafts. The activities director posts pictures on Facebook so you can see what your family member is up to. And she'll also text me pictures sometimes so I can share them with out-of-state family members. She puts forth a lot of effort above and beyond. She'll do my loved one's nails on the weekend. I've been very pleased. It took a while for her to get settled in, but she likes it now. She seems very content. I tell her it's like she's on a cruise - with meals provided, housekeeping, activities, people to socialize with. She tells me it's the cruise that never goes anywhere - although I know they go on little outings when Covid protocols allow.

The staff has turned over and I know the new director coming in and I'm happy with the change as well. I highly recommend this community. The entire family has been impressed with the community. The staff was always available and kept me in contact with what is going on with my loved one and this is impressive to me. They allow virtual calls and they are flexible in keeping in contacting with our loved one, one per resident per day.

Due to the covid restrictions we were not able to get inside the facility, but looking through our loved ones windows the place seemed very clean. Our loved one is a big eater, he absolutely loved the food and the taste of the food. The community did open up a couple of weeks ago, but the activities are geared more towards the woman so there are not a lot that peaks his interest.

The staff is friendly and caring. They keep you apprised with everything that is going on with your loved one. The atmosphere is one of the best things and to know it is a caring place. I would like to see the price changed.

We have been extremely pleased with Northshore Heights. The facility looks more like a nice hotel and has great eye appeal, it is not institutional. For what they are doing for my aunt, it is a great value for the money. We know friends who have had relatives here and have had a good experience as well. They have been very accommodating with their food menu and that is a plus. I would highly recommend them.

The staff is super friendly and I think they are good with her. I would recommend this community to others.

The staff is very good, the facility is excellent, and the food is very good. The activities are wonderful, and the rooms are big and spacious, wonderful and lovely. I can’t find any fault with it. They have lots of activities, trips, a nice outdoor and picnic area, and walking paths. The linens, toilet furnishings, and lighting are good.

I immediately connected with the representatives at Shelby Gardens. I have spoken with two representatives and have had 2 virtual tours. They are close to our homes and offer some things that our loved one would enjoy. At the top of the list too.

We are so thankful mom spent her last years in your excellent care. There are not enough words to give proper thanks. We will never forget how your staff took care of our mom.

The staff seems to be very good and friendly. The take care of your loved ones very well. The location was a good fit for us. Room sizes seemed to be more than average. The layout of the community is good and the outdoor space is sufficient.

As soon as you walk in the door the feeling of caring and family greets you! My dad's day is full of things that keep him engaged and give him a sense of accomplishment. When I leave I know my dad is in the best place he can be! The entire staff truly cares about each resident and their family.
