I love Shelby Gardens it's clean, good food and activities. My caregivers are great they make sure i have what i have everything i need. My room is spacious and cozy. The office staff is so nice, especially that lady sitting at the desk who smiles all the time.

I’ve been here almost 8 months in it’s been great! I love the staff, food, residents and the facility. It’s nice and clean the activities are fun and relaxing. We have community outings and the food service is excellent.

I've been here about 3 years In it's a wonderful place. My care givers are so nice in sweet to me In the other residents. The food is great! We have many activities and outings. They very understand and patient we us.

Shelby Gardens Place Is a wonderful place to be. I’ve seen firsthand how well the staff take care of the residents under their care. The administrative team is very supportive and responsive to any needs. The nursing staff is genuinely interested in making sure every resident has what they need at all times. This is definitely a facility I would recommend for anyone looking for an affordable option for their loved one who needs an additional level of care. I highly recommend Shelby Gardens Place!

I chose this facility because of the location and the cost. I believe that in my area of Knoxville, Northshore Heights is the best choice for assisted living.

We recently moved my mom in Shelby Gardens. So far our experience has been one of the best. [name removed] was very informative, [name removed] is extremely knowledgeable and [name removed] is just a delight to be around. Our family love our decision to place our mom here.

Momma has been SGP[date removed] ...staff is so sweet and issues are always addressed in a timely manner. Momma will be 90 yoa Friday...what a blessing! Great administration and supportive staff. So glad Momma's church is allowed to visit and give Sunday services.

I really appreciate the professionalism of the staff at Shelby Gardens Place. The nurses, the cleaning crew, the front desk, the maintenance crew and management all treat my brother with respect and kindness. This means a great deal to me and my family.

She was very well cared for at Heather Heights and I would highly recommend it to someone in the future. They were very good, not perfect always but no place is these days. They were very good to her even at the end. My only constructive criticism would be that they need to have more programs that give the residence a chance to get out. Hopefully things are better now that Covid restrictions are lifted. Highly recommend for person who needs more than assisted living without memory care. My mother ended up at Heather Heights because she had a catheter and the assisted-living place she was in before, wouldn't take her back with a catheter that she got while in the emergency room. It was extremely difficult making the move with my mother again to another assisted living facility for this reason alone. Thankfully my mother was very happy at Heather Heights. Also, I was there every day so I knew the facility and the people and what was going on daily very well.

My loved one is currently a resident at Trustwell at Shelby Gardens Place and the experience has been mostly great so far. They take great care of my loved one and we love the facility so far. This is a true "Assisted Living" facility, plus very kind and attentive staff and caregivers. I would recommend this facility to others.

When a 96-year-old has Alzheimer's, is getting weaker quickly, and is fussy about lots of things, no one will be able to create a perfect environment in the mind of that client. We family members have asked for several changes over the last year and Shelby Gardens personnel have done their best to comply. We believe the community is not perfect, but, if our mom were in one of our homes again, things wouldn't be perfect, either. Shelby Gardens personnel, from caregivers to nurses to office personnel, work together to create the best possible conditions, activities, meals, and positive atmosphere. We work with them to fill in gaps (like specific kinds of treats, paper products for our mom, and specific things ordered by her doctor. We know these things are being used. We know our mom is getting showers. We know that her meals include lots of vegetables. We know because we are there often and we check everything.

Excellent services. Caring staff. Friendly environment. I would recommend to others.

My loved one is a resident at Buckingham Heights. The staff have all been great. They take a very personal approach when dealing with the residents and always try their best to make them comfortable. The food has been well prepared and individualized for each resident. Upon moving in, communication was great. Aside from visiting every day, I also receive a call from the nurse every evening to let me know how everything is going. I would recommend Buckingham Heights to others.

When I was interviewing and touring places for my mom I was convinced Shelby Gardens was the best choice for my mom when the director told me that they could care for her till end of life. No other facility had came close to saying that to me. After 2 months of her being there , she has settled in, made friends and gained almost 15lbs. She also tells me how nice they all are to her. Our family thrilled with the service she is getting.

It was an overall good experience! At the end when my dad transitioned to hospice care (staying in the same room) the staff was absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend them for elderly care.I picked Heather heights because it was clean, friendly atmosphere had the nursing care that my dad needed.

I have been nothing but impressed by everything: the staff, the amenities, the individual living quarters, the food. Overall I can without any hesitation recommend Devon House Senior Living to anyone considering placement for a family member. The facility is always clean, both in common areas and in each resident's "apartment". I have never even seen so much as a piece of paper laying on the floor. It never ceases to amaze me how every staff member knows every resident's name ~ and right from the get go. The staff greets every resident by name every time they have an encounter. It gives one a sense if belonging. I have observed first hand the caring attitude of every employee. If something needs attention, it is done in a timely manner. The dining room gives the feeling of eating out in a restaurant. There are table linens and centerpieces on every table. The room is decorated for various holidays. As for the food itself, there are many options provided for every meal, every day. Food is made to order. There are eight (8) to ten (10) scheduled activities for EVERY day, weekends as well. There are physical, mental and fun activities available to choose every day. Off site excursions are also an option for residents to participate in. Even though there was a recent increase in cost, I still believe that Devon House Senior Living provides a home-like atmosphere for a reasonable cost.

I loved Heather Heights of Pittsford. I wish she could've stayed there longer, but unfortunately, she needed a higher level of care. I have nothing but the highest compliments for them! Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.
