I hope everybody that has to have this type of care would be able to get into this facility Shelby Gardens. Every single person has a smile on their face and they greet you when you walk through the door.

We have been very pleased with the facility and the wonderful caregivers. We have been fortunate to be able to get my dad in a place as close to home. We needed a memory care place for him where the family felt he would be loved. He loves the meals. The caregivers are super sweet and take good care of him.

Shelby Gardens was on your recommended list. It has been a seamless process because of [name removed]. Everyone has been friendly and helpful to me and my sister. Our mom also loved her tour, the rooms and all they have to offer. My sister and I feel comfortable moving my mom here and feel that the environment will be good for her.

They are corporate owned, so sometimes they make promises they can't keep right away, however the staff does genuinely care about the residents and take very good care of them

Wonderful tour of the facility from [name removed]. He was very clear and provided tons of excellent information that we were not aware of before arriving. Facilities were clean and all of the staff we encountered were very friendly. Overall great experience.

I came for a tour and my tour guide explained everything in detail and showed me the mini rooms that my father could be in and I was very very happy with what he was telling me and the price range was wonderful and I am considering having my father here thank you very much for your time

Shelby Gardens was great!! The entire staff showed great care for our family member. Considering the short stay, they worked to make the transition smooth on both ends. I would recommend the facility to anyone looking for memory care.

They are wonderful staff.! Great people outstanding for there residents.! Always on top of everything.! Put their residents first at all time.! They make sure that everyone is taken care of properly with no issues.! Always checking in on everyone and everything to make sure they are in great shape.!

Shelby Gardens is wonderful. I toured several memory care facilities and this place felt like home. The food is excellent. The staff are extremely caring. My husband (and I) enjoy the chair exercise classes and other activities. There's live entertainment and a Happy Hour on Friday afternoons. I know my husband is safe and well cared for. Definitely recommend Shelby Gardens.

As of now, I'd rate all a 5. Value for the money is tricky. The prices of Goods & Services have increased too much too fast. SG is expensive. My Dad can afford it because he saved every nickel he earned. I feel sorry for those who cant.

Shelby Garden will rate a 5. The personal, the nurses, the aids to the senior's are good and attentive to seniors. There is laughter and conversations between seniors and their caregivers. The food is good with a balanced meal. I would highly recommend a tour of the facilities. There is 24 hr. nurse on call at the facility.

My mother has lived at Northshore Heights for one year and four months now, and I could not feel more comfortable with her care. NSH is not only a beautiful facility, but the heart of its staff fills up the facility with even more warmth. There have been times I have gone to visit mom and one of the staff is having a nice visit with her in the room, and it simply makes me feel good to know how much they care. They truly feel like family as witnessed when I see them joking around my feisty mom. And thank you to everyone else working at NSH-you are all exceptional.

Had an opportunity to tour facility. Beautiful, peaceful, well maintained facility. Kind and friendly staff with genuine desire to be of assistance to residents and guests. Providing a safe and secure environment for the residents is a top priority. The facilities places the needs of the residents as the standard of care and strives diligently to exceed them.

Well in my opinion since my mil has chosen to stay in her room, continue to try to get her out in the community of the building. Or maybe make up a small group to visit one day a week...not just staff. I would recommend this place because it does feel like family. At the other place, we felt like just a number. Also they had a problem with my mil...her personality. She was made to feel that she was a problem. I am sure you can write it more eloquently.

We toured Shelby Gardens of Cordova and it is PERFECT. Just the right size for more individualized care. We met a lot of the staff and were impressed with their processes. They engage the residents and the room is just the right size. Pricing is perfect for us. i could tell by the bathroom it is very clean and well kept.

I am so thrilled that my father is at Forest Hill Heights! The staff are caring, dedicated, experienced, and knowledgeable. Everything about the facility is lovely - it's well-appointed and clean, and the front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. I couldn't ask for more! I can sleep knowing my father is cared for 24/7 by people who are interested in him as a person. Such a blessing! This place is a hidden gem in the heart of Harford County.

We moved my Mom into Shelby Gardens about a month ago. The move in was a great experience, we had all the help we needed to make this process possible. The staff were friendly and helpful and we had a great time. We were able to talk with different staff and residents about there stay and work life balance here at Shelby Gardens. They make you feel like your home! The office staff is wonderful the young lady at the front has a great smile in is very friendly and polite.

My Dad has been living at Shelby Gardens for 8 months now. From the moment we entered the building it felt like home. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, the facility was decorated all nice and beautiful . The day we moved my dad and they were doing happy hour for Friday. They had a band set up. Everyone was out and was enjoying themselves and dancing to the music. It was just like home for my dad and he was welcomed with open arms not only from the staff, but also the residence. I must say that I did make the best decision with moving my dad to Shelby Gardens. It has been a rough road with tries to find a place for him and I’m just so thankful that we decide to make Shelby Gardens his home away from home. I couldn’t be more grateful for the staff for them being so loving and caring to the residence that are there. Thank you Shelby Gardens!

Visited today was 100% satisfied with the facility but the staff are what makes this facility outstanding. The entire staff were accommodating and took the time to answer all questions without hesitation. They are focused on the quality of care the residents receive and strive to individualize the care to meet the ever changing needs of their residents. I would definitely recommend.
