My sister is a resident at Spring Arbor. When visiting, I'm always amazed at the level of care and compassion that I see between staff and residents. Staff is always friendly, helpful, and respectful. My siblings and I know we made the right choice for our sister. Special thanks to [names removed].

While the facilities and food are great, it is the team of people that make the difference. The nurses and aides are phenomenal and caring and patient. They make our mom feel special and cared for and safe. The executive team members do not sit in an office all day, but are present and active and know the residents very well. Highly recommend.

I’ve had experience with this facility now for 7 years. My mother in law and grandmother currently reside in the Florence, Ky facility. I’ve had other family members who have resided at this same location. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. They go above and beyond for our loved ones on a daily basis. It’s such a peace of mind knowing they are safe and being well taken care with all their needs.

All staff is very friendly!! Some staff, not the aides, but house keeping needs to be on schedule 24/7 and the cooks need training. I do feel that they care about and love my Mom.

The staff at Windsor Manor is really compassionate. The director and nurse check in with Mom frequently. Everybody is going above and beyond to make her feel at home. They let her eat her meals in her room when she isn't feeling social for no extra charge.

Our dad has been a resident for a little over three years now. Over all we have been extremely happy with his care. While no place is perfect they all have issues from time to time. The difference is how they respond. These folks do that very well. They communicate on a timely bases and do everything they can to resolve any issue. We feel very safe and confident in the folks here and how they tend to our dad! You will too!

My mother has been in the memory care unit for almost six years. I never worry about her because the staff is well trained, vigilant, and compassionate. The staff welcomes suggestions and listens patiently if I am concerned about anything. The environment is comfortable and pleasing. There many actives that are provided which they enjoy throughout the day to keep them engaged. Most of the residents prefer to spend the day with others in the common area. I highly recommend Arbor Springs.

My mom has lived at Spring Arbor for six and a half years and she loves it! I have to say, I love it too. The care mom receives is above and beyond. When I walk in everyone says hi and it just feels like visiting family. The staff loves on mom and I know that makes her feel special. One of the caregivers recently sat with mom and asked her questions about her life. One of the nurses sometimes curls her hair. Mom gets hugs and “I love you” all the time. There are so many activities to participate in and lots of outings to lunch and other fun places. I referred a friend for her sister and she’s told me many times how happy she is with Spring Arbor. There truly is no better place for my mom!

My loved one is currently living in the Memory Care unit at Spring Arbor. She is thriving because of the personal care she receives from the aids, nurses and director. The food is chef prepared and nutritious. The facility is clean and has pleasant surroundings. I would recommend Spring Arbor to anyone looking for a home for their loved one without worry they are being cared for the best.

They offer emergency stay where a lot of others do not. You can also transition to permanent

Rosewood has been Outstanding and completely helpful in completing our needs. The facility staff at Rosewood is very kind and caring. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

The staff listens and adheres to family concerns and addresses them in a timely manner. Cleanliness is exceptional, and food is very good...overall extremely pleased with Spring Arbor.

A 5 for all of them. [name removed] was very easy to work with and helped us get everything planned for my dad's stay. The nurse was great also with his meds. The facility it self looks more like a 5 star country club. We toured during lunch and I would have liked to have eaten there. A great number of choices. Dad liked the food. We have another reservation there for a trip we have to take end of April. I have complete trust and confidence he will be great.

It's great - based on looking at 3 other facilities the staff appears very capable. The food looks good, the room situation the best of all the places I looked at.

I have been very happy with him being there. I am often there and never see anything that really concerns me. He seems to be very happy there and is actually begging to get back there now. The staff have always been easy to work with. [name removed], the director is available and answers our questions. She makes us feel comfortable going to her with questions or concerns. One thing I do not know is how much things will change, if any, since the new company has taken over.

We were extremely fortunate that a place for mom recommended this place!! We really enjoyed the size of the complex. It's small enough where you can get to know not only the staff but the other residents. The staff keeps you up to date on all issues and they are available all the time.

I would give all 8 statements a rating of 5. Our experience with The Piper was exceptional. All caregivers were attentive and timely. The kitchen staff was wonderful and provided additional food when needed. They brought us meals or beverages without us asking (we were there a lot). 24 hour access with a secure fob. An RN or LPN available 24/7. Everyone was just kind. Maintenance folks that checked in.

We were very happy with our experience with Spring Arbor of Severna Park. We would rate all 8 categories a 5. However, my father-in-law was only there for 3 months. Staff were always friendly and went the extra mile to assist my father-in-law with everyday issues with his phone, etc. [name removed]was extremely helpful and caring especially when my father-in-law took a turn for the worse and needed hospice. The transition was seamless.
