Mustang Creek Estates

I’m very pleased with the introductions and facilities! Looking forward to visiting my Dad. [name removed] and [name removed] were extremely helpful and accommodating! Thank you! I am an out of state daughter and know my Dad will be comfortable and well taken care of! My Mom will feel comfortable with him here as well!

[name removed]and [name removed] are the only two we have met at Mustang Creek Estates in Frisco and they are both wonderful!! Thank you. We appreciate them and their time to help us care for our family member!!! !!!!

Mom would. always tell us that she stayed in her room and no one ever came to check on her or spoke to her. The first couple of months, she would be in the lobby watching TV with a few other residents. The last few months she was always in her bed, with door closed. The only staff we saw were the ones cooking, if we were there at meal time. She is now living in an apartment in Nebraska with one of my brothers.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The place was clean and well managed. The executive director Ginger Burk was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was so understanding and kind during the difficult process of transitioning a parent.

They have lots of activities during the week to keep the residence busy. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful. The kindness shown to me and my brother that first night was amazing. The management was very patient with me on getting everything together, since my brother is a veteran and going through the VA.

My mother has been at MCE Allen for many months. She has adjusted well and is happy. She is very well taken care of. Any time I have questions or need to speak with anyone at the home, I always get a quick response.

I like this place because it is so cozy and home-like. I was stressing to find somewhere to put my family member in a memory care facility. I was given information from A Place For Mom on all the care facilities in my area. I called and arranged for a tour of the facility. I chose Mustang Creek in Allen because of the cleanliness of the facility, and the caring and understanding staff. I just felt like at home when I entered the place to tour it. Even the residents were welcoming and everyone said hello with a smile on their face.

My mother in law loves this place. It is like she is living in her house with her own private master suite. The homemade food is cooked on site by the staff and looks and tastes wonderfully, just like home. [name removed] , the facility director is on top of each situation and keeps family in the loop. That alone means the world to me. The houses are located on a beautiful street with beautiful homes that dead ends into a cul di sac so there is no thru traffic. I could not have made a better choice for my mother in law.

The staff are incredibly compassionate and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure that residents feel comfortable and well-cared for. The ratio of staff to residents is impressive, allowing for personalized care and attention! Mustang Creek Assisted Living Facility is a top-notch choice for assisted living. It offers a nurturing and supportive environment where residents can enjoy a high quality of life. I highly recommend Mustang Creek to anyone looking for a compassionate and professional assisted living facility for their loved ones.

The staff was so nice and friendly. Everyone was welcoming and knowledgeable. The place is clean and engaging. [name removed] in particular was so responsive and helpful. I feel very secure in having my mom here and I believe she will thrive!

I was very impressed with the way we were welcomed during this stressful process of finding a home for our mother’s next step in care. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable about the concerns and questions we had. We know she will be well taken care of and she will have the opportunity to take part in all of the social activities that Mustang Creek Estates offers.

I am a friend of resident here at mustang creek, and the way my friend here is being treated and taken care I could cry.. she seems way more happier then her previous living arrangements. The way the staff is in communication with me and her family and is very attentive to her needs im amazed and greatful truly. I want to thank the mustang creek staff for all the hard work they do to care for their residents.

I would recommend this facility. Overall, I think it's a good place and the staff is very attentive and caring.

Friendly staff, lots of activities planned every day, feels like home environment, not facility. Staff very friendly, approachable and always smiling. Feel very comfortable having my mom and dad live at Mustang Creek.

They’ve taken very well care of my father. The staff treats treat him like family. Very warm and welcoming. facilities are very clean. If I had other family members that needed this place I highly recommend them.

What we like the most about Mustang Creek is the staff. Staff was attentive and friendly to our family. Dad didn't do much there due to his declining mental state but all of the residents seemed happy and everything was well taken care of. The only issues we had was laundry seemed to be behind a lot and the clothes would get lost between rooms often. We would recommend this community to other families.

We moved our mom to Mustang Creek Estates in Frisco back in early April of this year and it has been wonderful. After being in a rehab facility for four months, this was such a breath of fresh air. From having her own space and all of her own belongings and photos, to the community dining experience and activities, she has really felt at home. While she has continued to have some health issues, the staff has been absolutely incredible, caring and patient. I’m certain I am leaving someone out but I’d like to give a special shout out to [names removed] (The master hot chocolate maker!). My son recently got married but unfortunately mom was not able to attend due to health issues. The staff helped in arranging to use the craft room so that my son and his wife could recite their vows to each other in front of my mom. It was such a special afternoon, and I can’t thank them enough for allowing my mom to have such an experience. Thanks MCE Frisco!

Our father was in Mustang Creek Frisco in 2024 (until he passed) and we could not be happier for all the support our dad was given. He was in and out of the hospital a few times while there and the staff made the transition from facility yo facility as easy as possible and that was very important for our dad had a hard time with change at this point in his life.

They went out of their way to care for my mother who was wheelchair bound. It was always clean, fresh. Some days were harder than others. if staff were short on weekends, but considering the situation it was a good place.
