I can't express the relief I have knowing that my Father is well cared for and in such good hands during this COVID Crisis. Your weekly updates, social distancing and proactive policies enacted to keep my father and the other resident's safe, has not gone unnoticed. Just wanted to reiterate how very much we appreciate the wonderful job you and your staff are doing during this pandemic. We really appreciate the weekly updates, the staff phone calls and how your staff is on top of everything that's going on. With all of the worries out there... it's comforting to know that we do not have to worry about our dad. Thank you!

The Connections / Activity Department is Fabulous!! As a high school principal for 23 years, I am familiar with the skills needed to engage and excite others for learning. As a resident at Juniper Village at Forest Hills, I am pleased to say that the staff members in the Connections Department bring this same excitement to our daily music, brain games, and exercise programs. I find all of the programs to be age and level appropriate for the audience, and mentally stimulating. However it is through the staff's enthusiasm and engagement, that myself and all of the fellow seniors at the community find themselves to once again be excited to learn.

What we experienced at Juniper Village at Forest Hills was truly amazing! We are sincerely grateful for the great care our Mother received over the past three years. Everyone from management down to the direct care staff treated my mother with dignity and respect. We would highly recommend your community to anyone looking for their loved one!!

Every week I have the pleasure of watching your staff members interact with my mother and the other seniors at Juniper village at Forest Hills. Every time I visit I am greeted with a big smile from the receptionist, The care / aide staff is always friendly and attentive. We have lunch weekly, and really love the all day dining options...not to mention that the food is delicious!! The resident activities are stimulating and my mother really enjoys the musical entertainment. We couldn't be more blessed to have our mother under you and your staff's care. Please share our gratitude for a great job to all of your staff!

Hello Juniper Village at Forest Hills. Just wanted to tell you how grateful and blessed I am for the love and care that my mother received at your community. I miss my mother every day..however my family and I are at peace knowing that she was loved and cared for in her final days. Thank you for taking such great care of our mother!

On behalf of myself and my family, I would like to thank all the staff at Juniper Village for welcoming my father into their facility. My father is not an easy one. He was one of the first Deaf patients that they had taken in with open arms; making sure his accommodations were met accordingly. I have worked in the health care industry, and I can honestly say, that this facility is one of the prestige ones I have ever been too. The nursing professionals were caring, compassionate, and empathic. I appreciate their health team and staff for looking after my father [name removed], and for all their hospitality they had given us during his stay

I was very pleased with the care my mother received at The Devon. Her room was cozy, spacious and cleaned daily. The entire staff made it their job to get to know her and communicated with me on a regular basis. Everyone was so kind and attentive, I felt comfortable that she was in good hands. I visited frequently observing and interacting with other residents, all requiring different levels of care. The personal attention paid to my mother was not an isolated occurrence. They all seemed happy, healthy and well adjusted. The Devon is a small facility in a beautiful stone, historic building and does not feel like an institution. It actually feels like "home". Many activities are offered throughout the day that keep the residents stimulated and engaged. I would highly recommend The Devon if you are looking for a smaller, non institutional assisted living facility for yourself or your loved one. It is a great alternative to some of the larger step-down communities in the area.

Brookdale has been a Godsend. The staff is exceptional. There are plenty of activities for mom. The other residents are warm and welcoming. You get a real sense of community from this group of seniors. They really look out for each other.

My mother has been at Brookdale for 7 years. Through these past years her mental and physical health have declined, but NOT the care that she has received from when she first joined this community. From every angle and aspect of service, it has been the best we could have asked for. The staff truly has ties with each individual, and they always go out of their way to meet their needs. They are warm and compassionate and it shows!

We find the staff caring and thoughtful. It shows how they treat the patients.....Juniper village is the reason my family can sleep at night.

My wife was in Wellspring for 17 months before she passed away. I was able to visit her every day and was very aware of the quality of care and compassionate attention she received each day. Juniper is so excellent that I looked forward to every visit; I felt as if I was going to a private home staffed by friends. I was always updated on her condition and consulted on any changes or modifications of her medication. My wife was always well dressed and groomed and cared for with dignity. I am forever thankful that I found Juniper Village and can honestly award them an overall excellent evaluation.

My mom has been a resident at Juniper Village in Williamstown for nearly 5 years. She has diminishing dementia and is getting quite confused. The staff has been wonderful with her and has come alongside us and helps in any way they can.

My mom stayed at Harbour in respite care for a month. If she felt better, I think she would have enjoyed all of the amenities more. But she raved about the entire staff and that everyone was so nice to her. She loved getting her hair done; with assistance, was able to get her first shower in a long time; she loved her room and all of the space in it; she enjoyed walking (with her walker) around the first floor during each day; she enjoyed some of the entertainment when she was physically up for it. My sisters and I enjoyed having lunch or dinner with mom and enjoyed the food.

My mother in law is still adjusting to living at this community. The staff are very good at keeping us updated on her care and are on top of things. The activities seem to be adequate and they encourage her to participate. The main complaint she has is that the food does not always arrive hot. They keep the community clean and I would recommend it.

I have lived happily at WRV for 16 years. The staff is wonderful, food excellent and activities galore. I always feel safe and I am ensured that when I need extra care it is here for me.

I have been a resident at Juniper Village at Williamstown for close to five years. All of the staff treats me with respect. I feel like the staff listens to my problems and helps me take the steps to rectify them. Even the management goes out of their way to help me when I need it. The nursing department always ensures that I take my medication on time, and the food which is served is always of good quality. I would absolutely recommend Juniper Village at Williamstown to anyone who is looking for assisted living care.

My mom has been at Juniper Village for about 2 1/2 yrs and absolutely loves it! There are many activities she loves going to, the dining room personel go out of their way to give her whatever it is she wants to eat. The physical therapy dept is awesome, especially Gosha. The director MaryJane, the wellness director Elise and the aides are fantastic! My mom had to go to the hospital for a while and then to rehab and each time the ladies mentioned above went to see her. She felt so special that they went out out their way for her and could not wait to get back to her home at Juniper. Elise kept in constant contact with our family and even stayed after her shift, along with some of the aides, to wait for my mom's return. I haven't been in contact with one person there that wasn't friendly and helpful. This is an awesome place, ty Juniper!
