My family is so thrilled with the care my father is getting at Juniper, that my cousins just moved my aunt there. Now we all have peace of mind!

I knew the moment I stepped foot into Juniper that my Dad would be taken care of. Upon meeting the staff, I felt immediately comfortable. The rooms are beautiful, the food very good and there is always an event happening to keep everyone busy!! The most important thing for my father and I was to have open communication between all of us. Whether it was my father not feeling well, a snack wanted or needed in the night or a helping hand....a call to the doctor, help scheduling or discussing a weekly meal plan...Junipers staff was there. My father recently passed away and my family and I were able to be there. Juniper helped make that moment possible. Juniper also helped my father have Hospice care right there in the facility. It couldn't have been any better anywhere else. Yes, Juniper was a blessing sent to my family and made the last few months of my father's life one that he could enjoy. We were able to sign him out for the day and take him places then bring him back to his room. He was able to enjoy the ice cream socials every Monday. There are so many things to say and I just cannot say enough. Some of the staff even took the time out of their day; to attend my Dad's funeral and that I shall never forget. The staff is wonderful, giving, caring and have personalities. They aren't the type to just walk around in robot mode. I would like to publicly thank Juniper for all that they have done for my family and most of all; the time they took to take care of my Father, who was so very special to me. Thank you, thank you, thank you Juniper-you are truly the best!

Wendy is a fantastic resource. Runs a beautiful facility and I would recommend Harbour to anyone. Great location and the place is clean, friendly and very welcoming. Chocolate chip biscuits are, well....you just have to taste them to judge. YUMMY!!!!

Brookdale Preston is a 5 +. I am very very pleased. My sister is happy there. She gets a long well with everyone. Having her at this facility is one of the best decisions I have made. They went on a tour recently while we were visiting and she didn't care anything about staying with us. She was ready to get on the bus and go with the residents. We are very pleased with everything here. We are astonished is the best way I can put it.

So far I am satisfied with Juniper Village at Forest Hills. The staff here are very caring and attentive. She is still adjusting right now. She is not at the point where she is participating in activities but I know that will come with time. Overall it has been a good experience so far.

The staff are Brookdale Paramus are very caring. It was a really nice place. The staff really went out of their way for us. In the end our loved one got too sick and we did not place her here. It is a very sad situation but we were pleased with this facility.

This is the best possible place for my Dad. They are compassionate, caring, and they care for him individually. Their communication with the patient and the family is unsurpassed. Residents feel at home, and families are content because of the excellent care.

My mother is doing well at Brookdale Paramus. She has blended in well at this facility. They are taking good care of her. The staff are very friendly here. I have been really pleased with everything so far. In fact we are all going up as a family to see her for lunch on Saturday and the facility has arranged it.

I feel that my mother has had excellent care at Juniper over the last 2 1/2 years. We would like to thank Monica Blood, Executive Director; Laura Alexander, Director of Wellness and all of the wonderful aides, office, kitchen, cleaning, laundry, and maintenance staff that continue to show sincere compassion, love, and encouragement to our mother day after day.

It's absolutely perfect compared to where she was. We are ecstatic. The people are nice the place is clean. They take her outside, and she is showered, and hair combed. Things are so much better. They were willing to work with me, and were great about getting her up and back to life. I didn't think we could afford it but we could, and the people are all so nice. Jules is so nice and wonderful.

What they have done well was take care of my sister. She wasn't hungry one day, so she didn't go down to dinner, so they came looking for her, which I enjoyed that they did that. The only thing I don't like about it is that they don't have a mailbox so the residents can't receive mail.

Juniper Village at Williamstown is a very clean facility and the staff are very accommodating. Everybody knows everybody here and I love that. I think they are just doing a really wonderful job at this facility.

Our family has been very please with the way our Mother has been taken care of. We appreciate each one of the employee's that has touched her life. She is doing well and credit this to the overwhelming care and love she receives from the staff there. So very blessed to have caring staff that truly work as a team. We are kept up to date with all that goes on and are included in all the great "Family Times" they have throughout the year. Would recommend Juniper Village of Mount Joy to anyone looking for a safe home for their loved ones.

My grandmother recently celebrated 1 year at Juniper Village at Mount Joy. When considering senior living for her, it was very important to us that her new residence offered a balance of care and independence; one that saw past her age as a number (100 at time of admission) and recognized the independent qualities she possessed. Now, as she approaches her 102nd birthday, she continues to do many things independently with the loving support of Juniper's staff. Juniper Village at Mount Joy is a far cry from the dependence that she and many of her generation fear when considering senior care. We couldn't be happier with her care, the staff and the value.

Staff is friendly, caring, and well-trained. Very happy with our food and accommodation. Very glad we came here.

Excellent care! Wonderful atmosphere, delicious food. Very, very pleased with everyone and everything.

After my loving husband passed away on January 23, 2010, my children of three girls and three boys did not want me living alone due to falling quite often. I was accepted at Juniper Village due to my hubby being a Veteran in World War II. All the great officers and servers treat us with being helpful, respectful, and are benevolent.

On a whole it's a good place to be. I sincerely believe everyone tries to do the best job they can. I think it's nice they make my bed every morning and everything is always clean. I think they put a nice article in the newspaper about our wonderful new executive director, Monica. Kim in the business offices always teaches me new things on paying bills. I enjoy our trips with our activities.
