Juniper Communities

Over the last 3 years, we have been providing healthcare services to many of the clients at Juniper Village. Our agency interacts, not only with the residents, but also with the staff on a daily basis. The communication, expertise in care, and overall customer service experience has been exceptional. Excellence begins with the leadership, and trickles down to every single employee at Juniper Village. I cant say enough great things about this community and the people caring for the residents.

I think Juniper Village at Forest Hills is a wonderful facility. [Remobed] provides excellent leadership and, overall, the staff follows her lead. I did not know what to expect when my mother became a resident, but now I know, have high expectations of Juniper Village at Forest Hills, and you will not be disappointed.

The management of the community is exceptional! The staff is attentive, friendly and kind!

My dad has been at Juniper for many year and he has always felt safe and secure. The staff is extremely attentive. My father loves how clean everything is.

Wonderful staff, always clean, our mother has been living here for 3 years. My sister and I are blessed we found Juniper. It's her home and we are grateful that she is there. All the aides are friendly, pleasant and truly wonderful people. They are our angels.

This is an ideal memory care facility. The team of care-givers are well trained, patient, loving, caring, and dependable. They always have the best interests of the residents in their hearts. The facility was designed and built to optimize the function of memory care. The building is very well maintained and is always clean and cheerful.

My grandmother loves living at Juniper Village. The staff goes out of their way to make her feel like an important part of their community. She raves about the food and daily activities. When visiting I find the facility to be top notch- always clean and properly maintained. Thank you all.

There are so many great things about living here, but the best is the staff. My favorite is the “Main staffer” [Removed].

The administration Juniper Village at Williamstown communicates with families by a monthly newsletter and activity calendar. Families can take their relative out or dine in. They provide voluntary activities, religious and medical services for the people. The seasonal decorations create a homey atmosphere. My mother has been living there two years and is so happy. The nursing staff is first rate. They keep a sharp eye out for any changes in your parents mental or physical health and notify you immediately. The administration is helpful and have many resources to assist you. Great communication all around!

My brother is a new resident to Juniper Village and has adjusted well with the caring manner they have shown him. It is so important that these residents are well cared for and made to feel secure and not isolated. Staying engaged socially is most important and the social director at this facility is amazing. The staff is attentive and friendly and always available.

Moving my Mom out of her home was a very hard decision to make. Where Mom would live was not. I heard wonderful things about Juniper in Williamstown. I never looked anywhere else. My mom is always clean, dressed, fed and well taken care of. The staff truly cares about my Mom. They understand what we are all going through. They listen, give support and show compassion. This is not just a business for them, they care about your loved ones. I know that everyday she is safe and well cared for. My Mom was never a social person, never participating in group activities. In Juniper I found her playing Bingo, making candy and even playing the drums. You could not find a better "home" for your loved one. If I had to describe them in one word, it would be compassionate. They truly are who they say they are.

I am a volunteer for Juniper Village. I help with special occasions and do a talk/show and tell every month for the Red Hat Club at Juniper Village. Volunteering is so much fun. I love the residents I interact with.

My family member has lived at Juniper Village for almost 9 years. I'm pleased with the quality of her care. Everyone from the receptionist to the dining room staff and every one in between seems to be interested in her well-being. Their compassion is outstanding. The facility is extremely welcoming and comfortable.

My mom has been a resident for about a year and a half. I needed to take some time off to handle some medical issues and know that my mom is 100% In the best hands- which is very comforting!!! The staff there is incredible!

Juniper Village at Meadville is a great place. They provide great activities for the residents to be involved and stay active as well as a great nursing staff to ensure their health and wellness. Their leadership team is the most caring I have ever met and the staff are none less than stellar. As others have reviewed, the building could use some updates, but it has such character, I am glad they have kept many things the same historically speaking. This is a great choice for Senior Living and I can assure you would not be disappointed. Any concern that has ever arose, was addressed quickly and with compassion.

The staff and management at this community is by far the best around. This is a community who truly leads by example. I have had the pleasure of visiting Juniper Village at Meadville on many occasions and cannot speak enough good about them. From the Executive Director, [Removed], to the housekeeping staff, every single person has been extremely kind and helpful. [Removed]runs a well respected community and I have seen great changes with Juniper Village at Meadville under her leadership. What a true gem they have found in her. The care demonstrated by all of the staff here is just amazing. From having deficiency free state surveys to winning a National Quality award. I guarantee you would not be disappointed bringing a loved one to stay here. The building is not fancy and new, but it has great character and I cannot speak highly enough of the care! Don't let the age of the building deter you from receiving quality care at a very affordable price.

Wellspring is a beautiful, safe, caring environment for the residents. I am a home health nurse who has helped coordinate services between our agency and Wellspring residents. I can attest first hand that the services provided at Wellspring consist of quality and care. I think anyone with family here can rest assured that their loved one is in a wonderful place!
