Honestly I give a 5 in all areas. It's an amazing place! The facility is clean and well kept. The staff members are helpful and prompt when you have questions.

My mom lived here for nearly 3 years and it is a wonderful place. The staff is kind and caring and there are 2 options for a caregiving staff (both terrific) as well as a hospice service on site. There were fun activities for my mom (and me) to do and once a month there is a social party for the residents. The place is clean, has a number of different floor plans available and has a lovely courtyard. I really couldn't have asked for a better place for mom to live out her final years. It is highly recommended!!

The tour was remote and handled very well. Booked the apartment right after the tour. Apartment was not ready for move in after possession date (we came to assemble the furniture before bringing her). This was frustrating but all staff encountered were amazingly supportive and responsive. Apartment was still not fully ready when we moved her in two weeks later. Since she has settled in, all staff and residents have been absolutely wonderful and really helped her to become engaged in her new home. She moved from a home environment in Chicago to CT so the change has been huge and overwhelming. She was very much a hermit in IL and she has gotten quite social since moving- a testament to the friendliness of the residents and the staff. Activities has been very good with the outreach. One of the PM front desk team who also helps dining services has been amazing. I am embarrassed that I forgot her name. She got a welcome packet together and helped troubleshoot the cable. Above and beyond! We have visited twice and it is always clean and vibrant and has very nice, homey smells in the halls. We are very pleased with the decision to move her there.

The staff is wonderful, the food is great, and the room size is good. Highly recommend.

Liked the country and walkways better than others. The staff is very helpful and the apartment size is very manageable I got everything in it that I planned on bringing and there is still plenty of room.

[removed name]did a great job with our tour of the facility. Rooms and amenities looked good, and we enjoyed the lunch, food was really good. Our only complaint is that when we asked about certain services, medications management for example, the answer was always "No problem, we will do whatever we can to take care of you," without making it clear that there would be extra costs for those services. I was not informed of those extra costs until a follow up phone call a few days later. This is not a huge issue, certainly not a deal-breaker as we were very happy with the visit and will be giving HGG serious consideration. Just got the feeling that [removed name] was not entirely forthcoming when we first raised those questions. Aside from that, she did an excellent job and was very encouraging and informative.

I think management does a great job. Servers are friendly, in fact all staff is friendly and helpful. I have a very nice apartment. I have no complaints. I’m very happy at Indigo Pines and think others would be too.

My son decided three years ago that I needed to be in HHI and found Indigo Pines. For three years I’ve been here, the staff is friendly, helpful and enjoyable! The food is good, the resident are great. I’ve made friends and feel comfortable and loved here. I would recommend Indigo Pines to anyone looking for an independent life in an amazing community.

I find it interesting to visit all the homes who have the kind of facility I am interested in moving into in the future. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgable. Hope to attend future events in order to try to meet residents in person.

Montana Meadows is an ideal place to live at retirement age. The residents are treated with love,respect and dignity. The folks in the community seem very happy and satisfied with their living environment. I will move to Montana Meadows next year when my full retirement age comes up. The cost of living is very economicc and affordable. The facilitoes are clean and well maintained.

I love Indigo Pines. Management and staff is exceptional and very helpful. I can’t express in words how comfortable I am here. Building is well maintained and cared for. Everyone is respectful and nice. It’s a great community to be a part of.

People in charge of touring the facility were well informed and answered any and all questions I had. It was easy to ask questions that came to mind, after leaving the facility. They were welcoming and patient. There are a number of activities and services that would benefit the person I’m looking to live here.

This place looked like a perfect fit for my mother. Lindsey was so patient and nonplussed by anything I told her. I will be happy if my mother settles here and finds friends to watch UConn with! She would love having someone else cook and playing bingo or cards.

Have been here 7 months. When I first got here I did not like it because I was at my home for 35 years and 19 of those alone. I am now here and very happy here because of the staff and accessibility of things I need in the area!

Staff is always available whenever you need anything. They are very good at everything they do to make us feel comfortable. I feel very safe at Indigo Pines. Everyone is very friendly and pleasant. I very much feel at home here. The food is good and there is plenty of it. I would very definitely recommend Indigo Pines.

I have lived at Indigo Pines for over three years after losing my spouse and I am very pleased with my accommodations. The residents are friendly and accommodating. The facility meets all my needs and the activities provided help residents stay active and provide a platform for increasing relationships. It’s like having you own home, but without the cooking and cleaning.

Enjoyed meeting the front office staff. Very informative discussion. They listened to what I was interested in and showed me what was available. They have followed up with messages and I am encouraged about possibilities when I am able to move in spring.

The first time i came in , im so nervous and shy but my caregiver [removed name] made everything easy and somehow help me with settling in comfortably. My room is big and has comfortable air conditioners. Im happy i have a nice place and great help! I enjoyed everyone, my neighbors, the community, and the entire staff. It is peaceful, quiet and nice. Im just so happy here! I also enjoy the garden and open space outside.

The place gives you a warm welcome, with good interior and lightings. My room has a magnificent view and house keeping always does their work top notch! Care rite care givers are always smiling and giving out help in any ways they can. Food menu varies and servers are warm and jolly. Management always prepares activities and events to keep us entertained. Excellent job to all

I felt at home the minute I walked in. [removed name] gave me the feeling of being in safe hands and that this was the place for me. The staff is excellent and caring. I would highly recommend Indigo Pines to anyone looking for senior living. 5 star +++
