Very caring staff, continually coming in to see what they could do for my loved one (like keeping his lips moistened, etc). When he was brought there by ambulance, his room was completely ready. They had unpacked his boxes, displayed his mementos on his bookshelves, shelved his books, made up his bed. Each night, the staff brought in a phone so that my loved one could hear his son's voice. Daytime staff did, too. The food is just delicious. They graciously offered me dinner, even though my loved one was bedridden. They have a move in coordinator who is always available.
